This 17" screen Acer monitor is a value packed monitor and I love the Acer brand. The only draw back is the monitor doesn't tilt - but other than that it has beautiful colors and certainly priced right.

I wanted an inexpensive LCD monitor with decent technical specs that was NOT widescreen...not easy to find these days. That's what you get with this monitor. Setup is easy. No dead pixels. Very bright display. However, the colors are rather washed out and the contrast, especially between lighter colors, is a bit weak (maybe the display is too bright?). Also, the viewing angle from above is very poor (e.g., if you're standing instead of sitting). All in all, an OK monitor at a very good price.
