It was agreat price for the configuration of the laptop. I was very happy to order this product. I became little skeptical when I received the laptop because it wasn't loaded with empowering technology software. I called the ACER customer service and their system didn't show that the laptop was covered for the 90 days warranty. They requested me to fax the invoice along with serial #. Once they received this information, they set me up for the 90 day warranty and took care of all the issues (helped in setting the laptop to factory settings) and also sent me the recovery cds with empowering technology. I would strongly recommend this laptop.
