This 1x2 HDMI splitter works as adverstised.
Has a very small footprint. It takes longer than I expected to perform the "handshake" for connection, and initially I thought the unit was defective. I am only using the video so I can not comment on how well the audio performs. No visual signal loss with one 50" Panasonic plasma over a 25 ft cable run, and one 53" Panasonic rear projection HDTV 4 ft away. Overall happy with purchase...but seems a bit pricey.

After trying 2 other splitters that didn't do the job I purchased this one and it worked flawlessly. It split the output from a satellite receiver to 2 displays.
