I THINK THE WEIGHT FOR RESISTANCE ARE TOO LIGHT. I ALREADY STARTED WITH THE HEAVY ONES AND STILL IT MAKES THE USE OF IT TOO LIGHT 'N EASY.....I WISH THEY ARE HEAVIER SO I COULD REALLY ENJOY THE WORKOUT.... Was this review helpful?

I just put together the abrocket and it comes with a DVD to show you how to use the abrocket. I started with the beginning exercises and it was pretty intense also only 5mins long. Next day, I was so sore! I can't wait to see results in the next 2 weeks. Was this review helpful?
