I work out on a regular basis and would consider myself a fairly healthy person. After the first use, I could instantly feel it working muscles that regular crunches don't. Good neck/back support and folds up and stores away easily when you aren't using it. definitely a good purchase!

3 of 5 Box Severely Torn Up in Shipment Wednesday, April 11, 2007

We received the Ab Lounger in an appropriate amount of time, however, the box in which it came was severely torn up as was the insulation protecting the product. UPS did a horrible job protecting the product in shipment. Please reconsider using them! We kept the product even though it had several scratches.
