This was a great deal. It was much cheaper here then at amazon. Everything you need to get started online plus an extra game. I have not played the game yet so I cannot rate it but the text pad, head set, and a year of service alone is an awesome deal for the price.

I needed a year subscription and a new headset. This combo had that plus it gave you the chat pad and PGR4 basically for free because a year subscription and a new heast is $60 and that is what I paid for all four things.

Since I was looking for a Live deal, all that was left was finding the best value. I couldn't beat buy.com's price (and I tried!) and the shipping was very fast. If you're looking for basically free extras, the chatpad and PGR4 are tough to beat. Oh yeah, a headset too, but I already have one.

Bought the 12 month membership, PGR4 racing, and messaging pad... all for one low price. Even the upgrade on my shipping was very reasonable. I only had wished that Microsoft had made it more clear that a membership was required for EACH gamertag on live. Now I know where to get more for less. Thanks Buy.com

A 12 month Xbox Live subscription costs around $55 with taxes. For an extra $5 you get A game, headset and chatpad. Don't let your card get automatically billed with Xbox Live, find the deals like this to get the most for your money.

I got this for Christmas, and what a great gift for a Xbox 360 user. A headset and a chatpad is a must-have for any multiplayer game, and including the Gold account (which is usually $50 by itself) is a huge value. The game is actually good, considering that you're getting it almost free.

I purchased this for the 12 month XBox 360 Live Gold membership, but the package deal made it the best offer out there that I found. The game by, PGR4 itself, retails at about $39.00, then there is the headset and the chatpad (which is awesome all by itself, btw - brilliant design and a full and very usable mini-keyboard). I am glad I made this purchase and would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who wants an year of the XBox 360 Live Gold subscription.

This Xbox Live Messenger Pack is a great value. You get one year of Live plus the messenger kit and PGR4. To get all of these individually you'd pay a lot more. This is a great deal.

I already had pgr4 but after I traded it in brand new at a local game store and got $20 credit so basically a year of live and the chatpad only cost me about $40. Thats a deal if I ever saw one. If your gonna get it make sure its from here cause I couldnt find this deal anywhere else.

This is a package review -- not just for PGR4. The game is good, but this deal is the great part. You get 12 months of XBox Live Gold membership (usually $50), Project Gotham Racing 4 (currently $30), the QWERTY chat pad (another $30) and the corded headset (yet another $30). A pretty good deal for the MSRP of $70. But even better on Buy.com. I highly advise it -- even if you've got some of the individual parts, the whole is a great deal -- you can always eBay the parts you don't need/want to make it an even better deal.

I got this for my husband for Christmas. He totally loved it. The chatpad fits perfectly to the controller and it's much easier to chat online now. The headset also has great sound quality. The game included in the pack "Project Gotham Racing" is an excellent game, great graphics and nice features. I originally want to get my husband the 12 month Xbox live but I changed my mind and got this. This worths a lot more and have all you need to enjoy the online game play. Very recommend.

This is a great deal for who ever is paying the $50 fee/year for xbox live. You can pay an extra $10 to get PGR 4 which is a pretty good arcade racer, a headset (wish it came with the wireless headset but that is probably asking to much :p) , and a chat pad which is pretty awesome.

This is a fantastic buy. You get a chatpad for messaging, a headset, a racing game, and 12 month gold. I got this for christmas i was so excited to try the chatpad thing out. It is so much easier then carrying around a regular keyboard with USB. Just plug and snap it into the bottom of the xbox 360 controller and your all set. This was a great buy as well as a great gift for any xbox 360 owner.

Great Deal! I didn't think I'd use the Chatpad, but when putting in those long Microsoft codes, it's great! Also throw in a game and another headset and you can't beat it! Great value for the minimal amount to pay for the extra accessories over the 1 year subscription.

This is by far the best deal out there for a year of Xbox LIVE. As everyone else points out the chat pad, and head set are $55.00 alone. It's a great package, and the discount Buy.com gives you is awesome! I had to give it a 2 difficulty and 3 overall, because I ordered 2 and they only sent me 1 - it was quite a hassle getting that second one. Still a great deal, and will continue to do business with them!

I recently bought a xbox 360 arcade (which didn't come with any accessories) A year of xbox live, PGR4, mic, and chatpad for under $60 is just ridiculous. One year of Xbox live gold is almost worth the sixty bucks alone, so everything else is freebies. Project Gotham Racing 4 is a really fun racing game that is better than Forza 2. The mic is used almost every time I play and works great. Don't really know of any application for the chatpad, but was a nice addition to the package. If you have recently purchased a xbox 360 arcade---- get this package!!!

I had been looking to purchase the Chatpad alone for a number of months, but I could never bring myself to want to spend $30 alone on that. I hated typing messages without it via the soft keyboard on the dashboard - it wasn't even worth the time. The first message I typed with the Chatpad made it worth the purchase alone! I can type out a fairly long message with no effort or time investment now, which is very cool! When I read that Microsoft was releasing a new 12 month Xbox Live bundle, and that it included the Chatpad, I was very excited. Two years ago, I purchased the previous Vision Camera bundle which was of a similar value. This new bundle offers a savings of around $40 or so, which is great! (typical prices) Xbox Live 12 Month Renewal - $40-50 Xbox Messenger Chatpad (and headset) - $25-30 Project Gotham Racing 4 - $25-30 The value sits at around $100, so this is definitely a great buy! I highly recommend it!

I enjoyed PGR4, pretty cool game. I didn't have very high hopes for the Chatpad, but I've used it quite a bit. It works well. Only thing I can add about the Live subscription that hasn't been said already is to make sure you're not a dummy like me and activate it on the wrong account. I did just that (I have two similarly named profiles) and Microsoft couldn't (wouldn't?) allow me to reactivate on the correct account - even though I called the day after doing so. It was my own fault, so what can I say other than the fact that it would have been nice if they could have helped me out.

The price for the package was a steal since it comes with Project Gotham 4, chat pad, headset, and a year subscription to Xbox Live. Not only was the price awesome, there was a price drop on the item a few days after I had placed my order. Buy.com was more than willing to adjust the price. I love this game. And if you want an xbox live subscription for 1 year how can you go wrong at this price!!!Chat pad, GCR4, and 1 year live subscription. You could pay close to this just for the Xbox live subscription in any of the major retailers. I would highly recommend if your into online gaming.

If you're going to be an XBOX Live subscriber anyway, why not get the chat pad and a good driving game for just a little more. The chat pad is very nice - I like the backlight. PGR4 is a really good driving game. Well worth the purchase price.

This deserves no less than 5 stars across the board. The bundle is already a great deal to begin with, and further discounts make it even more of a value. You're getting a solid text messaging attachment, an extra headset, Project Gotham Racing 4 (arguable the best in the series) and a year of Xbox Live Gold. The Xbox Live costs close to $60 alone, so you can almost consider the other items as freebies. Shipped extremely fast for me, even with free shipping.

This is a great deal. The year subscription usually runs around the price of this bundle. As an added bonus, you get the chat pad, headset and PGR4. The game is older but still runs around $20 at most game stores as well as the headset and chat pad. PGR4 isn't the best game but its not the worst either. I personally like the racing styles of Midnight Club or Need for Speed better but still enjoyed playing it. The accessories aren't something I will use on a regular bases either but are worth having. Overall this is over $100 value at a great price.

I received my pack for $53.99. Considering the 12 month is $50 by itself normally from MS, this is a GREAT buy. The messenger pad works great and new headset included is much better than older headsets. Connected to standard controller it makes the whole thing a little bulkier but nice for quick texting and code entry without connecting a USB keyboard. Game & headset are basically FREE. You can't go wrong. Son loves racing the motorcycles on this one. Saved at least $20 on the package compared to store prices.

This is the best bundle for Xbox live, not only do you get the 12 months of live but the extras wich only cost you about 10 dollars more are worth it, its like getting most of the periferals for free. if you have not gotten this bundle what are you waiting for, its 12 months of live plus free stuff.

Ok, the gameplay and graphics and difficulty don't really apply to the pack in and of itself. Sure, it has a game in it, but that is not what I am rating. You can find reviews elsewhere like on metacritic. The new bundle pack is a great deal. I love the chatpad and it is good to have a new headset. I am also stokes for the game, it is a good one I hear. Anyways, point is, this is a great deal for all you get in the pack. Well worth the money being that everything added up is well over a hundred bucks alone. I have not yet seen it in stores, so that is great about getting it here. Anyways, the value is there if you are in the market for live renewal and a chatpad, and you have then already made out on the deal and the headset and game are bonus swag. Anyways, great deal, great shipping. Amazing.
