When I first tried to install this item it would not work with the Xbox 360 power cord. I emailed the manufacturer and he got back to me quickly with information that due to Microsoft changing it's cable a minor modification to the Intercooler was needed to get it to connect. He also offerred to replace this older version of his product with a newer version that would work out of the box.
Instead of shipping it back for replacement I used needle-nose pliers to remove a plastic pin from the Intercooler and then everything fit perfectly.

I Like this product because it keeps my system cooler longer, It used to get really hot fast, but now I can play for hours and it's still rollin cool. I have the Elite system and it's one of the few accessories besides the controller and headset that is black. It's pretty loud unless you listen to the games or movies loud, so it doesn't bother me!
