V-Tech VT6895 5.8GHz DSS Four Handset Cordless Phone System with Caller ID, Answering Machine (Titanium/Silver) - mi6895 - Limited Stock!

I am not one to use a lot of features on a telephone, so I am not hard to please. The sound quality is nice and I get no interference from other sources. The price was good and the I love having a phone in everyones room. I would recommend this phone with no reservations.

Great phones for the money. Works with the microwave and wifi in use. Good sound quality. Really my only complaint is a shorter than average battery charge. I guess with the lighted keypad, etc. it uses up the charge quicker than other phones. It's not a big problem with the multiple handsets.

The problem I had with the ATT phones is that the chargering units went bad to where I was down to 1 charging unit that worked and I had to swap the phones around to keep them charged up. The batteries from the ATT phones fit this phones so now I have spare batteries and this phones work great. Voice mail was easy to set up and use. Good sound quality; nice size.

VTech does it again. Very simple unit that offers great value. Easy setup with just the right features. I wish they made this unit without the answering machine. It is missing some of the features of higher end models. But I find I never use most of the features anyway. Range seems to be very good. Sound quality is great. These units are ergonomic, not too big, not too small. So they are extremely comfortable to use. Buy.com, of course, got the units to us very quickly. I would give them a very high recommendation.

I WAS SURPRISED ON HOW WELL THE QUALITY AND CLARITY OF THIS PHONE SYTEM IS. FROM THE EASE OF SETUP TO THE REMOTE ACCESS TO THE ANSWERING MACHINE MAKES THIS A FANTASTIC VALUE. WE DON'T SIT ON THE PHONE FOR LONG PERIODS SO I CAN'T SAY HOW LONG THE CHARGED BATTERIES LAST, BUT FOR THE NUMBER OF HANDSETS, IT FITS OUR PURPOSE TO A "T". THE NUMBER MEMORY IS GREAT AND AS YOU UPDATE THE BASE UNIT, ALL THE HANDSETS HAVE ACCESS TO THE LIST. ALL IN ALL, FOR WHAT I PAID...IT'S A GREAT SYSTEM.

We have had these phones for 3 weeks, and we love them. We had to replace a 4-phone system from AT&T. We had that set of phones for 7 years, and a couple of the phones were starting to "sputter out." I wanted another set of phones, but didn't want to pay the big price again, so the high reviews on this site led me to these phones. I have found no problems with them. Sound is very clear, even walking around in the yard (we have an acre), operation is simple, and I like the way the phone book is shared by all phones. You enter a number in one phone, you can retrieve it on any of them. We have been very pleased with our purchase.

Haven't really utilized all of the features like speed dial, caller id directory, etc. But the phones are clear and volume is great. I live on two (2) acres and have walked all of the place and didn't notice in difference in reception quality. Answering machine / clock setup on the base is a snap. Highly recommend.

I bought this phone since it was a 5.8GHz , My earlier phone was a 2.4Ghz and interfering with the home wireless and having so much static. This phone works as described, easy to install, clarity in calls and a good voice mail system. 4 hand sets for this price is a good value. I would strongly recommend this phone system for anyone who has a home wireless internet. Quick Shipping and came on time.

The good: The phones have excellent range and clarity, backlit displays and buttons, good headphone jacks, and loads of other features. The bad: The included battery-packs could be better. One of the four was faulty (manufacturer replaced) and none of them hold a charge as long as other cordless phones I've had.

From beginning to end, the transaciton when purchasing the phone was a pleasant one. First, I knew I was getting a good brand for a reasonable price and second, the shipment was expedited and received sooner than expected. The phones work great with good range; only thing I experienced they do not ring right away. The phone will ring half a ring on the first ring, then full rings to follow.. Overall, it's all good!

I have had a vtech phone before. I have found yet again that they work great! I got the set of 4 during their sale... so i was initially apprehensive (having tried similar phones before). I found this one to be worth every penny. It has a easy setup, and the range is great. No issues. The battries (from prior phone history) last about 1-2 yrs based on aggressive non stop use, which is great for the price.

It is a great phone. Smaller than I thought. Works great. The only not-perfect thing is I could not make the handset show time and date. After reading the manual, still no clue. Then I realized maybe you have to have caller ID service to show up the time and date. Now I don't have caller ID service.

ok, never used uniden and a good experiance... till now.. I was skeptical to buy these becuase of a previous experiance with this brand and since im using these for my business I needed them to work and work well... boy do they, I must say im really pleasantly suprised and im very glad I bough them, the calrity is great even at 200 feet from the base, ive gone as far as 3 floors down and in an elevater... its still sounds great...they stay charged realy well and you get 4 .. whats not to love.. im buying more for my home...

The shared address book is a wonderful feature, I love only needing to enter a contact on one phone. Made setting the phones up a breeze. These are so much smaller than our old phones and the base is much much smaller too. I did have to keep the manual handy the first couple days, while I got used to the menus. The only annoying thing about it is when you hold the phone between your ear and shoulder, sometimes you hit the volume button. But there are so many phones on the market you can't hold that way and with my old phone I was always putting people on hold, at least it doesn't interrupt the call and the other person can't hear it. I have wireless internet and I haven't noticed any issues with Lynksys WRT160N. I'm using comcast VoIP and I haven't heard any of the echo I used to get when talking to others with VoIP. I can also stand by my microwave when it's cooking using this phone and it doesn't get fuzzy (old phone did). I've walked all over my property, almost an acre, with no interference. All and all they are easy to use and I've had no problems with them. My mom also has the same phones and has had them for a couple of years with no problems, of course she never did use the address book.

I got these to work with the Majic Jack internet phone system and the work as good as the expensive phones that most people have. No complaints at all great product. Highly recommend these.

This set of cordless phones are great! Each handset can page/call/talk any of the other handsets of your choice... and while handset 1 is talking to handset 2... you can use handset 3 to page handset 4.
