Product installed easily and works great. The only issue is I paid for expedited delivery and it took 6 days to arrive. If I had not paid for expedited deliver, it would have probably taken 6 days since it went UPS Ground. So I paid extra for nothing extra.

The installation was very easy to do, I did have to disasseble the arm assembly due my tv being a 27" Akai and the mounting holes where right at the assembly arms mounting point.. but even due to this, it took an extra 5 minutes tops..
The design is a lil bulky, so if you are looking for a wallhugging slim design... then this is not for you. But you want one that has a hard set (you set the degree using the lil knobs on top) tilt angle, one that is sturdy, and easy to install.. this one is for you... The price is very great compared to others.
This kit comes with enough screws, washers, and bolts to ensure you will have what you need... It also comes with some basic plastic anchors, which I didn't use... but it's nice to see that they were included.
One last note, the one I received seemed to be an updated version of what's pictured as the wing nuts pictured were actually round plastic knobs, a definite plus. Was this review helpful?
