5 of 5 Fabulous CB for the money Sunday, August 17, 2008 A Customer from Nahunta Ga
I am very pleased with the purchase and the price of this CB.
I have been operating one just like it for several years and have been completely satisfied with it.
Uniden is the best CB for the money in my book,I have run more expensive with more gadgets but,got the same performance at higher cost. Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 Great out of the box - excellent value Wednesday, November 28, 2007 Dan from Phoenix, AZ
I read many reviews for CB Radios before choosing this one. There are better units out there, they say, but they cost more than $150-200! That's crazy! I just need a unit for my off-road trips. I also didn't want to buy junk, as I've owned a $40 Midland, and Radio Shack units. People always complain about being able to hear me clearly.
I bought a cigarette plug adapter so that I could easily remove the radio when needed. I hooked up my antenna, powered it up, and it worked without me having to make any adjustments, or tuning the antenna, etc.
There are a lot of adjustments that can be made, many more than I need, but like I said, it worked great right out of the box.
I highly recommend this unit - it's an excellent value! Was this review helpful?
