    I bought this phone about 10 months ago from buy.com. Initially it looked like a good buy, but the battery performance has been very poor lately. The handset gives hardly 10 min of talk time and this is very frustrating. I would not recommend this phone.

    Has a lot of nice "bells & whistles", and it looks very attractive. Nice design. A simple "REDIAL" button on the main keypad would be nice. A few menus and/or functions dealing with the address book could be a little more intuitive. Fantastic ability to link with Outlook and upload my entire contact list, and then transfer to other handsets! Custom ringtones for different people, as well as wallpapers (both of which may be uploaded or recorded from your own computer) are great! Could use some nicer ringtones, but I just uploaded my own from .wav files I had.
