Even though these headphones come with extra inserts, they are all uncomfortable. The sound is good, but not impressive. I actually felt that the headphones that came with my iPod were more comfortable and sounded just as good. Was this review helpful?

I ordered these earphones for use with my LG VX8100 cell phone w/MP3 player. The reviews sounded good and the price seemed a little high but I took a chance. They probably compare to the $100 Shure earphones (which I have not heard personally).<p>
I listen on my way to work on the train and I wanted some sound isolation. They work pretty well in this department, though I wish it was a little better. There are 5 different sizes of rubber covers to fit your ear. The larger ones are a bit more comfortable, but the smaller ones, that fit in your ear deeper, provide more isolation. My biggest complaint is that they tend to not stay seated and slip out of my ear and I have to keep pushing them back in. I wish that rubber wasn't so smooth. This was my reason for <5 rating. They come with a nice little carrying case.<p>
At first I found the quality to be adequate, but lacking in bass. I then found that this was due to the cell phone and not the earphones. When I connected them to my PC I was amazed at how much bass response I got from these little things. The highs are sweet and transparent and overall the sound quality is very good.

I am happy with my purchase.

These are, without a doubt, the best earbuds I have ever used. They work great in the fitness center as well as on a plane or relaxing while watching a video. I had also purchased a pair of over-the-ear noise cancelling headphones for flights, but found these work just as well (if not better) and they take up much less room when transporting. Great sound and fit. I'm especially impressed with the amount of ambient sound they block out -- way more than either the Sony or Apple in-ear phones I've owned. These would not be advisable for use on a bike or in traffic, but perfect for commuting. Build quality seems excellent, including a nice sturdy cord which is in stark contrast to the thin, fragile wires Sonys come with. The thicker cord also helps keep to a minimum the noise transmitted by contact with the user's clothing or whatever. An assortment of silicon earpieces are provided for optimum fit.
My only criticism: bass seems a bit boomy and indistinct, but nothing terrible. In fact, a lot of people like heavy bass and will likely be pleased. Was this review helpful?

the sound of these phones are excellent, this is my third nice pair, and the sound, as well as the design of these are top of my list. Also they are pretty cheap in comparison to the others. Previous pairs (Sony EX90LP, Senheiser cx) They look good, cords are even lentghs, and feel well constructed. Good bass, highs are crisp, not sharp. Definitely recomend. Was this review helpful?

Although these buds are not billed as being "noise cancelling", I used them on a 5 hour flight with two chattering women that were talking non-stop on this non-stop flight.
Evidently, they were addressing me several times, and after the flight asked me if I was deaf. Haven't put them to the screaming child test yet, but expect great sound and isolation. These buds have several silicone fit adapters and I was able to easily fit them.
They are the most comfortable ones that I have ever used and have excellent sound with good bass response. Was this review helpful?
