Overall a good scanner for a reasonable price. Covers a wide range of frequencies and is easy to program. Preprogrammed services saved a lot of programming time. The only shortcoming is that the audio level is low and I have to turn the scanner volume almost all the way up in a quiet shop. In a noisy environment an external amplified speaker would be required.
