Turtle Beach Ear Force X-52 True 5.1 Surround Sound Gaming Headset with Microphone

Bought this pair to replace a stereo headset. Love that their are 8 speakers in this set (However the Bass doesn't work the greatest in this model). Surround sound ingame is plain awesome, it has saved me a few times, After researching around I found the same company has a better model for $20.00 more on a different website which I just ordered. This set is hard to wear with eye glasses, all I do is put my eye glasses on at a an angle to wear and game at the same time. Very comfortable, easy to use. Cord is plenty long enough. I reccomend, but check out the HA2 model from Turtle Beach before you decide!

For the money these are a good set of phones. A little uncomfortable if you wear glasses. The sound was a little tricky to set up, but once set they offered great surround sound. I use these exclusively for gaming so i don't have an opinion on music reproduction. All in all a good buy!

I bought this to replace an old USB 5.1 headset, I was tired of the noise the USB power made, since I don't have a notebook to give it a clear USB power. This new one has no USB power and of course has weaker sound, and the quality is a little bit worse than the USB one. But it does real 5.1

These Headphones have it all comfort, ease of use, and most important great sound quality. I would recommend them for any level user. whether it is simply to play games or watch movies or for more advanced applications like sound editing. You won't find better surround sound headphones anywhere.
