I had a previous Targus chill mat that I was very satisfied with and was (and still am) confident in the Targus brand products. This chill mat does what it is supposed to do, so five stars for performance. However, it was a lot louder than I thought it would be (the other Targus mat I had really is super quiet I hardly know it is there). Also, it draws air in from the bottom of the mat instead of the side or back, so putting it on my lap underneath my computer makes my legs pretty cold and uncomfortable. If you use it on a desk, then no problem. Again, the product works good, but I put it away for something quieter and that doesn't draw in air from the bottom of the mat since I do lot of computer work. Was this review helpful?
