5 of 5 Sometimes commodity parts are the best value. Tuesday, August 11, 2009
A Customer from Indianapolis, IN

I was in the market for a commonly-used, commodity NIC card which had the best possibility of being supported by non-Windows systems. I've successfully installed this in an OpenBSD box, and will be installing on an OpenSUSE box. The OpenBSD box recognized it on bootup and properly configured it.

5 of 5 Great Product for the price Monday, July 07, 2008
Aaron G. from Tucson, AZ
Using 100 Mbps network at one location and these 1000 Mbps adapters at our other location. It's incredible the difference it makes with the speed of our software. Internet is the same, because it is nowhere near the cap of 100 Mbps, but I'm very happy with the performance. Great price too.

5 of 5 Suprising Performace, ultra low price. Wednesday, November 24, 2004
Mike from the State of confusion
I was looking for the lowest price gigbit NIC i could find for one of our corporate computers. I didnt expcet much out of this card but amazingly it has produced the fastest speeds. Our other comps have intel Gb NICs and performed much slower. There are other factors to consider when testing speed but all of those aside this is definetly a fast card and is worth the money.
