Editor's Note

The war which began in the feature film STAR WARS: EPISODE II- ATTACK OF THE CLONES continues in this animated series directed by Genndy Tartakovsky. The separatists and the republic engage in a blowout fight, with Obi-Wan Kenobi, Anakin Skywalker, and Yoda defending the republic against the likes of Count Dooku, an alien bounty hunter, and many others. The program features a unique format that consists of many short segments ranging from two to three minutes in length. In each micro-episode, new characters join the ongoing battle of good against evil. This Emmy Award winning series has earned critical acclaim for its highly original visual style, which features characters rendered in an elongated manner that brings attention to the drawing process.

5 of 5 If you Liked the Movies, you'll Like this Cartoon Wednesday, January 18, 2006
Jeremy from Clearfield, UT

Fun cartoon take on the classic saga of good versus evil. The animation style is unique and agressive and reflects the intensity of the movies. But it is also colorful and - just like any good cartoon - humorously over-the-top at times. The story is completely new featuring events that did not happen in the movies (it shows what took place between movie episodes II and III). The animations were created in convenient 3-minute episodes perfect for viewing individually, but also flow together well if viewed all in one sitting. Well worth the money. Full disclosure: Reviewed by a 30-year-old male who liked the Star Wars movies but not a fanatic by any means.

4 of 5 Better than some movies Tuesday, May 17, 2005
A Viewer from CT
Good stuff. Too bad we don't get to see these scenes live-action, but at least we get to see the transition from Ep. II to Ep. III. Recommended!
