My husband does not enjoy this game. My 9 year-old son enjoys it, he is very glad he got it for Christmas. He does not play it as much as the lego star wars game. He does love Star Wars and already played with light sabers, so he thinks the game is cool.

I purchased this product for my son's Chrismas present. After a few hours of play, I believe I can provide some feedback on this game. This is a fun game for everyone. It is definitely not a real light saber duel where you can wield and swing. Being a Wii game, you are limited to the sensors between your controller and the sensor on your TV. Some of the reviews mentioned that you do not actually have the actual motion of swinging a lightsaber. I would have to disagree with that. I tried an upper swing and a jab; I tried left and right swings and all of them seem real to me. I even used combo swings and the characters respond to my actions. If you want to be a real Jedi Knight, you will need to actually wield a real sword. This game will give you none of that. I haven't played the whole game, but after several duels in the story mode, the action of a duel in this game becomes repetitive. To prevent any injury to your wrist and shoulder, I suggest limit the game play to an hour.
