  • Onsite service will be provided by Banctec, an Authorized Sony Service Provider. Depending on parts availability, customers may allow up to 72 hours for onsite services.
  • Extended Service may be sold on any eligible VAIO product with at least 30 days remaining on the original Sony warranty.
  • You must register your extended service within 30 days of purchase to qualify for service.
