This games kills the others in the rankings, and has no doubt the best type of play in any resident evil game. cruches,pipes,brooms and a lot more things can be used to save yourself from being eaten alive. There is no doubt in my mind that this game will become a best seller.AJflameboy2009

Outbreak was a great game i would highly recomend it. Online is great you can play with a friend or you can play solo in the single player mode. you can use almost every thing as a weapon. 5 different scenairios you can choose from and 8 charectors each with a special ability. -Barry burton -hunter121

Resident evil outbreak is by far one of the best RE games yet.The grafics are awesome(way better than the playstation games), and since the gameplay spans from RE 1-3, if you havent played any other RE game you get a sample of the first three.One of the best features is having 3 other characters by your side to help fight with you or to trade weapons,items, and healing suppies with, and when your in another room or being attacked, one will either already be with you or you will be able to call them to come help you out.Also the weapons start from your standard guns and knives to your melee weapons such as lead pipes and with your ability to make better weapons with the various items you find,it makes the game a little bit more enjoyable.All in all RE outbreak is one of the best PS2 games of 2004 so far.

This Resident Evil has been one that I play nightly since I have bought it. It's got tons of stuff to unlock so that you're always trying it out, modes of difficulty range, and you learn to work on a team. There are 8 characters to choose from (this is not counting the unlockable characters) that you will use to escape from Raccoon City. The online play is so wonderful because you get the chance to play with others that want the same goal - finish the scenerio. They know that the more teamwork there is, the better your chances of survival. There are only 5 scenerios to play but they will last a long time, because each time you play, it's a different game since everyone always acts different, online and off, zombie or not. And speaking of zombies, you get to be one yourself once you are taken over by the virus! Now what more can you ask for?

This is by far the most addicting resident evil game yet! I can't get enough of online play and the co-operation factor! Go out and buy this game if you are a fan of the RE genre.

Resident Evil Outbreak turned out be to like everything I wanted it to be like. Its hearts-stopping and exciting. JUst the thougt of playing online with so many other Resident Evil fans is fantastic.

Gameplay: The reason it didn't get a 5 was the story. It's just a bit too linear. Graphics: I've seen better, even on the PS2. Heh. Difficulty: No game is really too hard for me. I'd be a professional gamer if that were a job! Haha! Overall: It was a great game, but not every game is perfect. I'd buy it most definitely if you are a fan of the series. This game defintiely deserves the name Resident Evil. :)

Capcom just keeps getting better and better. RE Outbreak is one of the best of the series. It takes all the things that make Resident Evil a survival horor(handgun, shotgun, herbs, files, etc...) and creates an terrifying environment. The games graphics and spooky sounds are incredible, making sure you want to play with your lights on. In addition to the old stuff, there are some new features, such as eight different characters, a point system with unlockable goodies, and of course, online play. Playing this game online beats all the others. It includes playing with you and up to three other friends in a scenario basis environment. Each character has their own voice to be able to comunicate with each other, and help each when hurt or confused what to do next. With all this, the replay value on this game is a must. This game is perfect for Resident Evil vetrans, and online players looking for something new. Deffinetly one of my favorites.

RE outbreak is the best yet, the creators all ways out do them selfs and find ways to keep the story fresh and exciting. The online play is awsome, playing side by side with your best friends while flesh eating zombies chase you is the greatest idea for RE games yet. This game tops all of them and is so well made and put together it should be called Resident Evil Revolution, cause this is a new age of gameing.

Although "Resident Evil: OUTBREAK" does not feature the usual cast of characters we have grown to know and love {or hate), the latest edition to the "Resident Evil" brand of survival horror gaming for PS2 is packed full of enough thrills, chills, and scares to keep the die hard fans frightfully happy. The new characters are all very likeable (with the exception of Alyssa Ashcroft who really got on my nerves) and boast their own unique abilities so you'll be sure to find one character you may identify with. What makes this "Resident Evil" so extremely different from past versions is the fact it is the first ONLINE conception of the franchise thus allowing gamers the ability to meet up online and work together as a team in their endeavor to escape the rotting masses and mutated monsters of Raccoon City. Even though the shock and scare factor of something popping out and paralyzing you with fear seems to not be present, "Outbreak" delivers everything you'd want from a "Resident Evil" game and puts you right in the middle of a zombie nightmare.

I really enjoy playing this game. The graphics are pretty good, the controls are an improved version of the classic Resident Evil controls, and the game has almost unlimited replay value. Any fan of survival horror games should really check this one out.

I love being scared! Turn out the lights and get sucked in the world of the un=dead once again! This game ROCKS, I've yet to finish, but aside from sleeping a couple hours now and then, a little computer time, brushing my teeth....and showers are used only when I'm stuck and need to "think", I CAN'T stop playing...I'f you like the "earlier" titles, then buy this game! It's still Resident Evil, but game-play has changed somewhat(for the better, in my opinion)...It's a whirlwind of a creepy, scary, eerie world that drags you into it kicking and screaming and loving every minute of it! The graphics rock, the creatures are great, and it's so dark and dreary just like it should be! Gotta go play now! Buy this game! it won't disapoint! Be sure and play in the dark!

The gameplay of the game is great because it emphasizes on teamwork rather than going through the game by yourself. The graphics are beautiful in the game and cast all different lighting effects and shadows. The difficulty is very hard. It takes awhile to get used to everything but the game is very rewarding. At least try the game.

Awesome game. Revisit Racoon City and expand the old story. New levels, revisit familiar areas. Lickers return! Tons of replay value. The online mode lets you roam the levels with friends and other players. Unlock NPCs and run around as your favorite characters. Lots of new features and weapons to play with. Like smacking zombies with a janitor's brush. Fun fun fun game. Worth every penny.
