| | Professional Reviews | Modojo 10 of 10 ...all the hallmarks of the series are here - everything from the thinly-veiled double-entendre title to the crazy off-the-wall weapons. Rest assured though, this title was built from the ground up for the PSP...no shoddy ports here. Thankfully, it stands proudly on its own merits as well...Visually, the game is excellent - and sometimes astounding. Ratchet's fluid animation must be seen to be believed, and there are moments (Clank's aerial levels come to mind) where the range of colors and particle effects will blow you away...It almost goes without saying that fans of the PS2 Ratchet & Clank games will find a lot to like here. Size Matters' gameplay is very faithful to that of its older console siblings, showcasing the strengths of the latter while also being eminently recommendable in its own right. It is a worthy incarnation of the Ratchet & Clank series, and by extension, one of the best examples of the platforming genre available on the PSP. - Eugene Kim

5 of 5 I loved this Tuesday, July 15, 2008 A Gamer from Springville, UT
I have been a fan of the Ratchet and Clank series. I picked this up on the PSP awhile back. I really enjoyed this game, it may not be as good as some of the PS2 games, but I still highly recommend this to anyone.
My least favorite Ratchet and Clank game has been Ratchet:Deadlocked Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 Little tough for kids, but great game Sunday, February 10, 2008 A Gamer from Columbus, OH
I bought this game for my 5 year old who played Ratchet and Clank Tools of Destruction on the PS3 to completion (except for the decrypter parts), and I find I have to get him through quite a few parts on the PSP. The graphics are top notch, and the humor and fun factor are still fantastic, but it's a little hard for younger children. Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 Fun on a smaller scale Saturday, February 02, 2008 A Gamer from Boise, ID
I think this game is very fun. It is just on a smaller platform. It is not as cool as the games for the full system, but this is definately fun for on the go! Was this review helpful?
1 of 5 Horrible Saturday, February 17, 2007 A Gamer from Oxford, OH.
I love the franchise.. Ratchet and Clank is just tons of fun on the PS2, but size matters is not even close to being on par. it feels like the game is just a bunch of unimaginative scenes where enemies pop out to kill ratchet. I was very disappointed. Daxter was a much better move to the PSP. Save your Money, Don't buy this. Was this review helpful?
