The product came in a plain brown box, I suppose it is meant for builders--who cares. I was easy to install and it does not seem to make any more noise that the original. It did not have a plug for a floppy drive but again who cares they are not used anymore. I paid for 2 day shipping and Buy.com was true to their word, I got it delivered to the door in 2 days. I am very satsified with the price and delivery and the power supply. Buy.com is the best. Was this review helpful?

This power supply is priced right and performs as I expected. I am not a gamer and it seemed like local stores only had power supplies made for gaming which resulted in $100.00+ price tags. Easy to install in my mid-tower case. Only one floppy drive connector... I have a video card that draws additional power using a flppy connection so I had to get rid of my floppy; not that I used it anyway.

I had read the reviews that the fan on this PSU was loud, so I was a little skeptical, but it was half the price of a similar silent PSU, so I figured I couldn't go wrong. My computer has never been silent, and with the 4 fans I already have in my case, this didn't add any noise at all. It powers my Geforce 9800GT and the rest of my computer perfectly.
