Last month, while shopping on Buy.com, I bought my mother her first ever computer. We live 3,000 miles apart (LA to Boston), so when I saw an offer to add Qresolve's TechLiveHelp service for only $20 after rebate, it was an easily justified add-on. Heck, I paid $159 to have some data files transferred by Geek Squad this past January, due to a system crash...a king's ransom! So, $20 with a money back guarantee was a 'no brainer'. My mother now has her new laptop up and running and fully optimized by Qresolve's engineers, who spent 90 minutes on the phone with her and patiently walked her through the 'strange new world' of the internet. She has had no problems and now emails me and shares photo's and writes my 4 siblings regularly. While she's still intimidated here and there, but I've taken care of that now as well. I research Qresolve further, after her positive feedback, and decided to buy her Qresolve's unlimited 24/7 annual support plan for $199, which she since has used to be trained on Word and Gmail by Qresolve's engineers. I have also purchased the same plan for my household and no longer have to spend valuable time helping my wife and son with their laptops. I'm in the software industry, but even so, these engineers know stuff I wouldn't have figured out myself, so I'm obviously impressed...I don't generally write reviews, but this has been a relative lifesaver for me and my family.
