I've had this product for about a month now, and so far so good. Very easy to use, I haven't had to change the batteries yet (I use it once per day). The strength of the stream has, so far, been consistently strong. The water capacity is not huge, but managable.
The packaging from buy.com, though, was terrible. By this I mean I essentially ordered an oversized toothbrush and it was shipped in a box that could have fit probably 20 of these things. What an utter waste of packaging, shipping space, and terrible for the environment. And to think, enclosed therein was paperwork saying "go green with buy.com". I will likely not buy from buy.com again because of this extraordinary wastefulness.
