I was excited about this, but became severely disappointed. It looks cool, but the buttons are raised much higher than the sony model, making it uncomfortable. It worked out of the box, but honestly, it stopped connecting for me, and wasnt recognized by my ps3 anymore. I bet if I reboot it would come back, but this controller doesnt let you change its #, it always wants to be #1, which I want it as an extra for friends, not as my main troller---trust me, stick with the Sony product on this.. This does every thing that the ps3 six-axis controller does. It is also atleast more than 10$ cheaper than the orginal controller. It has a bigger base, so it is convinient for people with big hands.
I will definitely recommend it to any one whos on the hunt for a second ps3 controller. Was this review helpful?

It works great as a 2nd controller in addition to the orginal six axis sony controller which came with the PS3. I dont find any difference between the orginal six axis and this infrared one.
Good value for the money, saved almost $20.00 compare to buying
another sony six axis controller worth $55.00.
