With reviews I'm more inclined to give it 3s across the board since it meet all of my expectations; but with these online rating systems I find a 3 is looked at poorly so 5s reflect the fact that I'm quite satisfied with the mount; it was easy to install and it works exactly as I'd like it to work. I had got a new 32" TV and was looking for a wall mount that I could tilt both ways. The normal cost for those came to 150 and above. I got this one from Buy.com at just 50 bucks. It was relatively easy to setup. I had to get some new screws for the wall mount from home depot, but other than that it was easy. Was this review helpful?

I used this unit for a 19" TV/DVD combo that weighs 26#. The fact that this model was rated for TV's up to 40# gives it the extra strength to overcome all the problems that I read people were having with the single arm units. Very impressed with the quality of the Peerless product, and the price was competitive or less than the single arm units found in the big box stores! I receive this item and installed the same day. It works just great. I have a 26" (around 35lb) LCD. The arm extends far enough for my home gym to change angle frequently. The tilt up-down and left-right is just painless. Great unit!! Was this review helpful?

This is an excellent wall mount for the price. When I first saw the ones at Best Buy selling for $300, I was worried I was going to have to pay almost as much as the TV itself just to mount it. But steer clear of those, and check out these Peerless models. I purchased the PA740 to mount our Samsung 32" LCD TV. It easily connects to the VESA 200x200 pattern on the TV, plus many other VESA dimensions. The product is very simple yet sturdy and moves smoothly yet solidly. My only complaint was that I mounted it perfectly level against the wall but my TV was a couple degrees crooked to the right. You can play with adjustments somewhat, but it's a little confusing based on the instructions how to properly lock the rotational (level) position. There is supposed to be a little screw in the back to lock the rotational position but the screw provided doesn't even fit -- I need to call Peerless on that. Overall, I'm very pleased with what I got for the great price. Was this review helpful?
