5 of 5 Great Item Thursday, May 14, 2009 Chris from Pacific, ,WA
FYI about the AC adapter: You probably have an AC adapter laying around your house that will work. It says it needs 7-9 volts DC. I found an AC adapter laying around that said it put out 7.5 Volts DC and it works great! Check your junk drawers, you just might have something that works and will save you some money! 5 of 5 Works nicely Tuesday, March 10, 2009 A Customer from Carrollton, Ga
Great price on a great product. It uses several sizes of Brother TZ tape and prints labels for many different applications. (this unit does *NOT* connect to a computer as some of the models do) Was this review helpful?
4 of 5 Great at home labeler Thursday, March 05, 2009 Peter from Baton Rouge, LA
The only other thing I could wish for is a couple of more fonts - and that is simply a personal decision. very easy to use and useful Was this review helpful?

5 of 5 lable maker, adapter and tape Sunday, February 08, 2009 Michael Lenahan from Bethpage NY
The Brother 1880 was an excellent price and easy to use; I saw it at Office Max for $49.99, I paid $19.99. Also the extra tape I bought was at least $5 cheaper and I couldn't find the adapter there at all. Everything that I have purchased at Buy.com has been an exceptionately good price, shipping is usually free and the quality is great. All the items I have purchased are name brands but at greatly reduced prices. I would recommend your website to anyone. Was this review helpful?

5 of 5 Xcellent value Monday, December 15, 2008 Denis W. from Carlsbad, CA
This is an unbelievable bargain. Well worth twice the price (in fact I've got another labeller that cost a lot more, but this one's better.) Get it while you can! Arrived very quickly too. Was this review helpful?
4 of 5 Brother Labeler Unit Monday, December 15, 2008 A Customer from smithtown NY
I was not prepared to be provided Sample cartrdige. I did not read entire brochure but did simply print a label I wanted easily. Was gonna use for business decided to use for home instead simply because of having to buy tapes etc, figured it would be too expensive over time. Nice unit, looks good, compact and neat. Looks like quality unit and appears to be same. Not sure how to post an answer to Q but only sample came with unit (which I was not aware of, could have sworn it said it came with full tape length). Price was right though, cheap enough at time. Hope this helped someone. SUPER fast ship! HAPPY HOLIDAYS to all! Was this review helpful?

4 of 5 Great price for a reliable brand. Sunday, December 14, 2008 Chinay from Waukegan, Illinois
I bought several for Christmas gifts and I have no words of complaint for the value and delivery. This item is worth the price although the ink/tapes cost a bit much more than I spent per item but still worth it specially if you love putting labels on everything. Another fantastic reason for me to brag Buy.com to my friends and family. Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 Extraordinary labeler for the price Tuesday, November 18, 2008 Teri from Toledo, OH
I mean, honestly, what can you say bad about a labeler that cost only $14.00, delivered? I have had zero problems with it. Easy to use, and I like the extra font and sytles. Although I would have liked the AC adapter, I don't think it is a deal breaker. Was this review helpful?

4 of 5 Very Useful Product Monday, November 17, 2008 Mort L from Torrance, CA
I am pleased with my purchase. Tapes are pricey but can be had at discount if you look. Get the AC adapter or you will be eating up batteries. Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 Love it! Monday, November 17, 2008 A Customer from Wisconsin
This labelmaker is a must have! I've been labeling everything. Easy to use and makes perfect labels.
My mother-in-law had me make labels to put on the kid's names Christmas ornaments.
My only gripe would be that the label replacements cost about $29.00 each, but you get about 36 feet of labels.

5 of 5 Does the job Sunday, November 16, 2008 Rob from Sacramento, CA
This is a nice label printer, esp. for the price I paid on sale.
PROS: Nice crisp type, standard keyboard layout, two fonts, many sizes and formatting options. Great variety of label tapes -- widths, colors, etc.
CONS: Wastes a couple of inches of tape with every label, which adds up. Takes a lot of menu steps to change the text size. A bit pricey if it's not on sale.
TIP: Go into the setup menus and set the margins to the smallest setting; it wastes way less label tape that way. Also, if you're printing a lot of labels, it has a "chain print" function that also reduces waste. Was this review helpful?
