My mom had one of these when I was young. (Which means that Oster has been around for a very long time!) She ended up giving her old one to me when I got married. The only thing I didn't like about the old one is that it could only poach 3 eggs at a time. This one can do 4. It's perfect when you have company over. It's so simple to use and the eggs come out beautifully. I highly recommend this!!
