This is a nice company. I got the memory really fast, and it actually looks cool. Installed it easy enough. As many know, the Vista OS will only recognize a little over 3 Gigs memory. I--sad to say--did not know this. After several goofy things I called the memory company. They answered on the second ring, and gave great help instantly over the phone. And in the US no less. Buy with confidence. Compute with greater memory.
