I used to sell wireless telephones back when there were no color screens, and PDAs were only for CEOs. I fell in love with the Nokia brand, and only strayed when SunCom was bought by Cingular. After a short hiatus, I realized that Nokia is indeed the best overall manufacturer. I do understand there can be issues with some products, but you get that everywhere. I will say that the vast majority of my experience with Nokia phones is beyond positive.

Once I began my ascent of the SmartPhone mountain, I decided to go with Windows Mobile devices. After massive issues with OS stability, I went to Nokia (Symbian is much more user friendly and stable). I used the communicator series or a few months, and loved it, but wanted a different interface (I didn't like the clamshell, but it was mostly a personal preference). I was able to find the e61i. After doing my research, I decided to purchase the phone, and I have never regretted it. I have owned this phone for nearly a full year, and any issues that I had with it only occurred in the past few weeks- and these were cleared up with the firmware update. Ease of use is very high, and the interface is customizable and very user-friendly.
