This is the second of these that I have purchased. The first one wore out after 4+ years of heavy use. As a consultant I am frequently traveling to different places and the USB transmitter gets plugged in and unplugged multiple times a day. It was the USB connector on the tansmmitter that wore out and prompted me to buy a new one. Was this review helpful?

The microsoft notebook laser mouse 6000 is great. I've been using it for around 9 months now and it has worked flawlessly the entire time. I use this mouse at work so it gets used around 40 hours a week and the first battery lasted around six months before needing to be replaced. The laser resolution on it is great, the scroll wheel is very smooth, and the buttons aren't too hard or too soft. Was this review helpful?

I recently ordered a MS Wireless Laser Mouse from Buy.Com for use with my notebook computer, it is a super add to my notebook. The product name is Microsoft notebook laser mouse 6000 and I really like the feel and its smooth operation. The magnifying capability is a nice feature. Note that I ordered a Targus notebook mouse at the same time as the MS mouse. The Targus mouse did not work with my new laptop or my wife's older laptop either. I am sending the targus mouse back for a credit and buying a second MS notebook laser mouse 6000. Was this review helpful?

I've always been a fan of Microsoft Mice and this one is no exception. I spend a lot of my time on my 3 different computers using many different applications and the full size/normal size mice would cause my hand to cramp up after a few hours of use. Plus having multiple keyboards, multiple mice and cables got to be too busy on my desk. I decided to use a Cirque GlidePoint SmartCAT on one PC and this new Microsoft Wireless Notebook Laser Mouse 6000 on the other PC. The unit is very precise and the software to control the unit is robust and allows for different button fuctionality, etc. I like the compact size so I can use it with my notebook PC as well. The only feature I wished it had was a button to reverse your web viewing pages/jumping back one page on IE. If the battery lasts for along as they claim it does then Microsoft will have a winner here! Was this review helpful?

A lot better than optical cordlesss notebook mouse. Good signal and highly responsive movement. That means you don¡¯t need big space to operate the mouse. Nice design. Works fine on many different surfaces. Relatively high price is the only complaint. Was this review helpful?
