I have had the MC3007 for about a week now, and I must say I am quite pleased with it. I did a ton of research prior to my purchase and I found lots of great choices with small (read 3" or smaller) screens. There were but a handful of Personal Media Players (PMP) with 7" screens. Although the Archos model was the most readily available, it was also the most expensive, and most of the reviews were not great. I decided to take a risk on this one, and have been so happy I did. Aside from the fact that this is about HALF of the cost as compared to the Archos version, the images on the screen are CRYSTAL CLEAR. The menu system is easy to navigate and very intuitive. The speakers may be small, but provide good sound quality and volume. Displaying pictures and playing music are easy too. I even hooked this up to a TV to use as a player, and the quality to the TV was great too! I haven't had a chance to record from TV, but my guess is that the quality will be good.
In a world of electronic shortcomings and disappointments, the MC3007 is worth every penny! I already know a few people who are going to buy one soon! Was this review helpful?

After seeing a couple reviews and seeing the features I was eagerly anticipating using this item. The case and buttons had a very cheap feel and it seemed to have a very poor build quality. In fact the thumb wheel broke the first time I tried to use it. I returned this product and ordered a Zen Vision which is a far superior product. The video iPod is also a superior product.
