1 of 5 Logitech Premium USB Headset 350 w/ Microphone Friday, July 18, 2008
phantonio2003@yahoo.com from Orlando, Florida
This one was the bad production I bough from you company. Once of a time I sent it back to you for replacement with the new one after It was used for 15 days. After at that time I just used it for a couple months and it was useless again. I could not contact the manufacturer to make the repairing or replacement.

I have used the 350 headset for over 8 months, and found it to be a very good product. It allows you to communicate online while in an area with a lot of noise. I hightly recommend this product

4 of 5 Old fashioned. Wednesday, January 23, 2008
A Customer from New York, NY
I found this headset a little bit old fashioned. They are heavy, not very comfi to use, but they do what they need to do. Listening music or watching movie is impossible, but let's not forget that logitech makes other products for listening purposes. Microphone quality is really good, almost reduces all noises. I use them all the time for Skype. My buddies on other line are also satisfied.

5 of 5 Great for the price Thursday, January 17, 2008
A Customer from Northeastern PA
I purchased these back on 6/7/2007, the second pair I've purchased so you know I must be satisfied. They work quite well with voice recognition software. It takes a little while to get comfortable wearing them as they are a little bit heavy compared to some other models but I got these for less than $28 and FREE shipping.

5 of 5 Good headset for chat and music Wednesday, November 28, 2007
Rajesh prabhu from Manchester, CT
I had a microphone on my laptop inbuilt but it was picking lot of background noise and hence I was searching for a good headset. This is a very good headset and my friends in the other end say that the voice is crystal clear with Google talk. I would recommend this. Even hearing mp3 songs was really a good experience. I got this at $32 and is worthy.

5 of 5 Logitech USB headphone Wednesday, November 28, 2007
A Customer from North Babylon, NY
This headphone has intermittent problem. The mic is not always working. The diameter of the wire from the USB connector to the controll is much thicker than wire from the controll to the headset. It is an inbalance. I don't enjoy wear this headset.

3 of 5 Cheap, functional, but a pain around the ears Wednesday, November 28, 2007
Tim from Columbia, SC
I picked these up on sale because I thought they would be a step up from the el cheapo analog head set I had been using for skyping. These headphones do have excelent audio quality. However, the ear pieces are too small to cover the ear but too large to be comfortable. The foam is hard and unpleasant on the lobes. Also, they do not collapse for easy travel. Bottom line, for the $20 or so I paid, these are a fine deal. But I doubt I will be using them regularly for skyping as they are uncomfortable and inconvenient for travel. And certainly, they are a no-go for prolonged music listening.

5 of 5 Great sound but heavy Tuesday, November 27, 2007
r2 from Seattle, WA
The sound quality is excellent. The headset is heavy and after an hour or so hurts my ears. But if you don't mind the pinch, it's got great sound. With XP, all I had to do was plug it in to a USB port. At $20.00 after rebate it was a great deal and I'd buy one again.

4 of 5 Easy setup, works fine, but can be uncomfortable t Tuesday, November 27, 2007
Scott from La Crosse, WI
I have XP Pro and this was truly plug and play... XP detected it and was able to use this headset quickly and easily, without a reboot. Quality is good. I have received good comments on my microphone audio, and the headphone audio is nice also. My only complaint is that it is really hard to wear for any length of time, as others have mentioned. Especially when I have my glasses on, it is very uncomfortable. But the price was right and quality is good, so I am overall happy with it.

5 of 5 Excellent Headset Tuesday, November 27, 2007
A Customer from milpitas,ca
I never had a headset like this one before. I am really happy to have this now. It works perfect with any VOIP softwares, excellent voice quality. Only problem i found with this is that i could not control the voice from my laptop sound control keys. But i can do by volume controls in windows.

5 of 5 Great Headset Tuesday, November 27, 2007
A Customer from CA
After reading the mixed reviews I decided to go with this headset anyways because it had USB. My first headset used the regular audio plugs and that didn't allow for the flexibility with certain programs. Since this was USB, I had better software control. My last headset went around and over my ears which totally killed my ears after long usage. These are pretty comfortable and the audio quality is awesome. Not to mention the mic's ability to pick up sound and have it be destinguishable is awesome. It's pretty durable. Has a mute button, volume rocker, and clip all in one. Cable is long enough but if you need it to be longer you can always get an extension cable for that.

4 of 5 Good price - not comfortable Tuesday, November 27, 2007
Chompa from Fort Wayne, IN
I needed to replace my old headset and bought this on sale at Buy.com. The sound and microphone are fine, but unfortunately, the fit is not very comfortable. The headband is adjustable, but only goes so far for someone with a large cranium like myself. I am getting used to it after a month or so, but am finding that I prefer to game w/o the headset on due to the discomfort. If you have a normal sized head, this is a good deal.

1 of 5 Tight headset Tuesday, November 27, 2007
matthewcox@mac.com from Mesa, AZ
Very nice headset. Bought it for a Mac Powerbook. Just plug it in and it works. Easy volume adjust inline on the cable and even a Mute button. This guy is very tight and bothers my ears after wearing it for more than about 20 minutes. If I were to buy another one I would look for one that fits over the ears not on the ears, very uncomfortable. I have to give this a 1 because comfort is very important.

5 of 5 Best buy ever Wednesday, October 03, 2007

I use Skype for work and always had issues with it. Now with this headset my peers and clients mention how clear the voice quality is, also the sound is great. One of the best decisions ever.

5 of 5 Nice style, good quality and easy use. Tuesday, September 25, 2007
A Customer from Ann Arbor, Michigan
Using this headset is pretty direct forward. I simply plugged it in to the USB port on my computer and it worked. No driver installation is needed.
The sound quality is good for me. However, I am not a big fan of high-end sound devices. I can only say, I can use this headset for MP3 & DVD movie playing, voice over IP such as Skype and talking with other online gamers through Ventrilo. I like the quality of sound and the smooth experience of using it.
One thing I want to mention, not directly related to this product, is that if you already have a sound card or on-board sound device on the computer, you still can use this headset just by plugging it to the USB port. In such case, the USB device will normally be selected as the default sound device. However, depending on the computer settings, you may need to go to the Sound and Audio Device manager in the Control Panel of your operating system (mine is WinXP) to select this headset as the default audio device. You can, of course, select this headset as the default microphone device, too. You can switch back-and-forth among your sound devices using the Sound & Audio Device manager.
The headset has a mute button and will flash when activated. By the button, there are two well integrated semi-circular buttons that allows you to tune the volume up and down. You can also hang the button, located in the middle of the cable, on the clothes. This button is a pretty and convenient design.
If there is any drawback about this item, I would say that the nice and soft cups of the headset, sometimes make me feel hot after using them for a while. Other than that, I don't see problems.
For the price level, I strongly recommend this headset.

5 of 5 Works very well...sound quality is excellent. Wednesday, September 19, 2007
A Customer from Cedar Falls, Iowa
This headset has been working perfectly with SKYPE, and the sound quality overall is terrific. The one downside is that the earpieces are a little small for "normal" size ears -- so they kind of compress the top and bottom of my ears! A little uncomfortable, but still very usable. I just hope I get used to how they feel. Also, they don't breathe very well, so your ears can get a little hot!

5 of 5 Great headphone for the price Thursday, August 02, 2007
A Customer from Cincinnati, OH
These are great headphones for this price point (add in rebates and they are even better). While I hate having wires, this is a good option. They were a little tight at first, which did make my ears sore, but that resolved soon and now they are very comfortable.

4 of 5 Excellent sound, painful on ears Monday, July 02, 2007
A Customer from Orlando, FL
The sound on these headphones is excellent - great positional sound, crystal clear quality. The earphones are painful though over time. I don't have an overly big head, but it just seems like there's not enough padding on the earpieces. I routinely have pained ears. It might sound petty, but trust me, when you wear them for long periods of time, you'll care. They couldn't be beat for the price, but I'm looking into extra padding. Sound quality is among the best!

These headphones have a good sound and the mic picks up well. These are perfect for VOIP or gaming. USB connectivity no install hassles. They are a little tight and hurt your ears at first but after wearing them a bit they loosened up.

4 of 5 Great Sound Quality Saturday, June 30, 2007
JimS from San Diego CA
For the $... price paid, I really like the sound quality and the ease of use with no special "driver" software to load and the fact that as they are playing, there is very little sound emitted from them to OTHERS around in the room or nearby. only complaint is that the arch is so big, that at its smallest "pin head" setting, the headphones tend to flop around a bit and can't be snugged down..

VI from Mountainside, NJ
This product was very easy to install. Nothing to do except plug it into the USB port. The sound quality is very good and it has not given me any problems to date. I still have not tried it with Skype though. It arrived way before it was supposed to. I think you can't go wrong buying this headset. There was a rebate when I bought it so it was an even better deal.

5 of 5 Logitech 350 USB Headphones Monday, June 25, 2007
A Customer from Sacramento, CA
Considering "bang for the buck," these headphones are awesome! Good sound quality, easy to control, and comfortable. The only area I see for improvement is in software. There is no option to leave the headphones plugged in and switch between speakers or headset. But it didn't stop me from ordering a set at the office!

5 of 5 Bought because of price Friday, June 22, 2007
cwheimberg from Portage,In
This is my 1at experience with a USB headset. Did not expect the sound quality to be this good. So far I have only used it for listening to I Tunes at night while working with my EMac, without disturbing my wife. Quality seems good, Purchase from Buy.com went without a problem, timely delivery, etc.( This I have come to expect )
