Logitech's diNovo Media Desktop is a dramatically designed Bluetooth keyboard and MediaPad, optical mouse, and Bluetooth hub combination that transforms the user's work space. The visually striking diNovo keyboard gives first class comfort, while the separate MediaPad lets users remotely command today's PC digital media interface to enjoy favorite pictures and musical selections. The MediaPad also displays email or instant message notifications, media selection playback status, and provides smart calculator functionality. The ensemble includes Logitech's high-precision MX-900 rechargeable optical mouse. The diNovo also turns the PC into Bluetooth control center, letting users synchronize data between their Bluetooth PDAs, cell phones, and other devices, and their PCs.

The keyboard, keypad, and mouse all look and feel terrific. The keyboard not only looks great but the keyboard action is very nice. I love the way the mouse feels in my hand - enough bulk to fit my hand nicely but not too much to make it cumbersome.
Be prepared for a long download (50 MB) as the software included was v. 1.05 and the current ver is 2.22. The 1.05 was very flaky so upgrading is necessary
About every 2 or 3 reboots, at least one of the 3 devices looses it's connectivity to the bluetooth hub. Since I was planning on putting this combo into a multi-media classroom where the computer may get rebooted several times a day, this was totally unacceptable. Additionally, any time I tried connecting another bluetooth device, either the keyboard or keypad would get disconnected. You should not have to worry about whether the keyboard or mouse will work any time you sit down at the computer.
Before you think that "maybe that's just how wireless desktops are", it's not. I also have a Logitech Bluetooth MX and it has performed flawlessly for over 6 months. I also have several non bluetooth Logitech wireless combo sets and they have all performed flawlessly. As good as the DiNvo looks, I need a keyboard/mouse combo unit that works every time I sit at the computer.

I've used a bunch of keyboards in my time from the microsoft natural elite keyboard, the multimedia ones, and the plain jane ones. As an avid computer both for school (graduate), gaming, work, etc. I've come to realize that the keyboard and mouse are items you shouldn't skimp at. The keyboard and mouse are items that you use to interface with your computer anything that "improves" your experience while on the computer is a God send.
Now for the gritty stuff. The keyboard is absolutely beautiful aesthetically. Typing on it for long periods of time is not something i dread as i did before. The keys are layed out in a very ergonomic way with a "soft" touch feel to the keys for those of us who type hard and fast, as well as, a quiet touch to them.
The mouse also is nothing to snuff at. I was using a Microsoft optical wireless mouse and thought it was the best mouse I ever used! It was easy to scroll, functional buttons, wireless, the buttons had a soft feel for them so it helped alleviate the constant clicking i did and thus improve how my hands felt when I had to use the computer for extended amounts of time. However, when using the new logitech mouse mx900 i was again wrong! The mouse is more responsive, more buttons, has a wonderful feel to it, and is bluetooth enabled. With the recharge on the mouse I absolutely do not have to worry about batteries dying on me as i did with my old mouse.
The mediapad is also a welcome addition. Something I was not expecting a lot out of. However, the ease of use along with the functions it provides is a very nice touch. I won't go into depth as I think it is one of those things where you have to experience it for yourself to understand just how neat/useful/unique it is.
If you are picky about how your computer looks, want one of the finest keyboard/mouses on the market for status purposes, or for those who require good input devices b/c of using the computer for long periods of time than i highly recommend this item to you. Logitech has had quite a few great items as of late and if you are familiar with them than you shouldn't worry about what to expect from this item. It´s the keyboard comfort equivalent of sitting in first class.
Your computer may come and go, but the keyboard, mouse, speakers, monitor are all things that you can keep for your next computer saving you money and above all improving your overall experience with the computer. Was this review helpful?

If you are looking for the best wireless keyboard/mouse combo, Bluetooth or not, the Logitech DiNovo is the way to go. If was not difficult to configure, despite some reviews on other sites. The Bluetooth aspect has prompted me to go with more Bluetooth devices, since the hub hardware and software are so easy to use. The look and feel of the keyboard, mouse and media pad are absolutely top notch.
I am going to buy another one for home!
