Purchase this mouse to replace my V320 Cordless Optical Mouse for Notebooks. The V320 mouse is a great mouse BUT it is "optical" and would not work on a polyethylene resin surface top (Platinim Granite Finish) portable table I purchased from Staples. This mouse is "laser" and works on the same table and pratically any surface. The "nano receiver" is a plus. I am left-handed and this mouse is great for lefty's. I recommend this mouse to anyone looking for a "notebook" size "laser" mouse.

I bought this for a few reasons. One it was small enough to store in my laptop bag, two, the "nano" receiver is so tiny I forget about it and it just stays in place, and three, it's Logitech, a brand I've had good experience with for years. This mouse is fast...and incredibly adjustable--even on the MacBook I use. I can set the buttons to do anything, and that's a new experience for me in using a Mac. Customizable, small enough to be able to store easily...great mouse. And it was a great buy here on Buy.com...Thanks!

This thing works like a charm. Cursor movement is very smooth, and it works on just about any surface. The other day I was using it on my matress and it worked beautifully. The nano reciever is so small, I don't have to worry at all about knocking it out or breaking it, and my laptop fits in the backpack pocket I have for it perfectly with the reciever remaining in the USB port.
