This remote is great. The included software makes programming the remote a breeze. I have had not problems with it. The activity feature is great, since it cuts everything on and off at once. I would recommend this remote to everyone. Was this review helpful?

I don't know why I never bought one of these Logitech remotes before. Finally, even though I have 4 devices to control (Panasonic plasma TV & Blu-ray DVD player, Yamaha AV receiver, & satellite receiver), my wife can push one button to watch TV, to watch a DVD, to listen to a CD, or to listen to the radio, and I must admit that I like the convenience as well. In other words, I have replaced 4 remotes with this Logitech Harmony remote. It was relatively easy to program. Once I figured out that it did not automatically include the 4 Scene buttons for my Yamaha receiver, I just followed the instructions to add those, and then re-programmed the Logitech to turn each one on in the appropriate situation. It's also easy to program the remote to tell it which device you want to use to change TV channels, to adjust the volume, etc. If you have no more than 5 devices to control, look no further. If you have more than 5, Logitech has other remotes that will handle more devices. Was this review helpful?

What a wonderful device! It was so straight forward in the setup. Most difficult part was walking to the living room to get the model numbers from my componets. Once those were entered, everything just worked. My wife is a technophobe and even she was able to watch tv, change to DVD, change to CD and back on her first try with no mistakes.
Might have saved my marraige. :) BTW, I'm using it with a Direct TV DVR, Mitsubishi TV, Pioneer DVD changer, Pioneer CD Jukebox and Pioneer Amp. It recognized them all the first time and is a real treat.
It's also designed very clean and lightweight. The layout is very logical and I LOVE that it has the 4 colord buttons that match my DVR.
