Can't beat the lit up keys and functions for evening operation. Actually received more than expected and the lcd display is the greatest. Excellent price, product, and delivery. I recommend to all, even if not a gamer; you will not be disappointed. Was this review helpful?

5 of 5 Great gaming keyboard to go with G5 mouse... Saturday, December 27, 2008 picobrewer from Centerville, UT
First one was DOA, so ordered a replacement. Buy.com issued credit for the bad one. GREAT keyboard with all gaming features and status panel with backlit keys are awesome. Keys have a smooth touch. Will buy another for our non-gaming system too. Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 Simply an amazing keyboard Saturday, September 13, 2008 xbadwolfx from NJ
Everything is just perfect. The keys are soft yet durable, the LCD screen is awesome, and everything is placed perfectly. I was debating this and the G11. Glad I went with the new model. Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 Excellent Gaming Keyboard Friday, July 18, 2008 A Customer from New Jersey
This thing is simply amazing. The LCD is extremely useful when playing games or simply browsing the internet. One great feature that I absolutely love is the performance monitor. I have a Quad core and 4GB of ram, and it shows you the percentage that is currently being used, whether playing a game or video editing. The keys have a very quiet tap to them, one of the quitest keyboard i've owned so far, and the keys are 100% responsive. I haven't set the macros yet, but I will be doing it later on. All keys are backlit so its very easy to see what key your are pressing. I highly recommend this keyboard to any hardcore gamer. Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 This is the keyboard your looking for!!! Wednesday, July 16, 2008 rlboyce from Beulah, Colorado
I have a pile of other vendor keyboards setting here beside my desk and that's where they'll stay for now. This keyboard has been the best that I have ever used. The use during MS Word, Excel and gaming has been superior to all the others that I have tried. The key placement, touch, and back pressure for me has been very conformable during normal work and in gaming. So my final comment is -- 'try it you'll like it' Was this review helpful?
4 of 5 G15 gaming keyboard Monday, July 14, 2008 A Customer from North Kingstown, RI
Pro's: Looks good, Lighted keys, LCD desplay of time, date, computer status and gaming stats. Price.
Con's: Lack of user information printed or downloadable - the reason I don't give this kbd all 5's. Was this review helpful?

I ordered this keyboard because I've been wanting a backlit keyboard for awhile now, and have given up on seeing a decent ergonomic keyboard with backlighting for a reasonable price. I was a bit hesitant to go back to a standard design keyboard, as I REALLY like the Microsoft Natural design, but I figured I would give this a go, and overall I'm very happy I did! First, the pros: 1) The backlighting is super! I am already wondering how I got by without it now, even though I'm a very good touch typist, it helps a lot to have the lit keys in the dark, especially when you're playing a game that uses a lot of keys; 2) The macro buttons really do help. I've had no problems configuring them and they work like a charm, very accessible with the left pinky; 3) The display is awesome! I am using a third party app on it most of the time that has world time, CPU information via Speedfan, speaker changes, network throughput, time, date, and CPU/Memory usage all on one screen. Very handy! 4) Standard button layout, the keys are all full sized and pretty much where you'd expect to find them, so people used to standard sized keyboards should have no problems transitioning to this one. Now for the cons: 1) The keys are very loose. The press is solid and pretty quiet, although because they are loose, the keys do make a bit of a rattle, and sometimes they miss a keypress that would have easily been detected with a little more firmness to the keys; 2) The backlighting could have been brighter. The brightest setting is fine, but the lower setting is useless in daylight and pretty faint at night, and you do need the lighting on pretty much all the time, because the symbols on the keys are somewhat small and the light helps them stand out a bit more. Bottom line: This is a great keyboard with only a few minor drawbacks and offers more than enough benefits to overshadow the few weaknesses it has. Was this review helpful?

5 of 5 Very nice help for a gamer Saturday, May 17, 2008 Alex V from Charlotte
I would recommend this keyboard for a gamer, it has very nice features like extra keys, programmable macros, lighted keys...
LCD screen is pretty useless most of the time. Keys when pressed do not make high quality impression, but nothing bad, just like regular keyboard. I like that it's USB cable connection type, never use wireless for gaming. Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 Awesome!!!! Monday, April 14, 2008 A Customer from Schaumburg IL
The keys are quieter. Extra keys for macro on the side are removed. Better shaped then previous.
The keys glow orange then red.

Thats because this is the updated version. Logitech found that the 18 programmable keys was a bit much. On this version the LCD is actually locked in the keyboard, rather than being flip up, and lets not forget its one amazing feature: the ability to turn off the windows key. Was this review helpful?

The G15 "GAMING" keyboard was discontinued. This is the "G15" non gaming keyboard. The title is wrong. Not a bad keyboard but it lacks about 12 extra macro buttons found on the "gamming" version. Was this review helpful?
