5 of 5 God send for lefties Sunday, May 03, 2009
A Customer from Cranbury, NJ

I have been looking for an articulated, wireless keyboard with an “ambidextrous” wireless mouse (I am left-handed) for a while. Additionally, I have used Logitech products before, so I am familiar with the overall quality and support they provide. The “Wave” is extremely comfortable for anyone who spends as much time as I do working on a computer. Since I most often have two computers going on my desk at the same time, not having a spaghetti bowl of cords lying around is a very pleasant change

5 of 5 Luv this keyboard Monday, April 06, 2009
Sugar from MN
This wireless "Wave" keyboard/mouse combo is fantastic. What Logitech did with this design makes it so comfortable, and definitely easier to use for hours a day. I was never a fan of the split so called natural keyboards,so I was a bit leary. However after giving it a week or so to get used to it,I luv it and would never go back to a regular keyboard again. Set up was plug and play.Mouse response is perfect. This is definitely a great product at a great price.

5 of 5 A little expensive, but outstanding performance Wednesday, February 11, 2009
A Customer from Utah
I have been using this keyboard for about a month and have no complaint and have had no problems. It looks and feels great, and it is nice to be free of the unsightly wires that connected my old keyboard and mouse. The slight wave in the keyboard has made a marked improvement in my accuracy in typing and is very comfortable.

3 of 5 Meh...it's ok BUT not for $80 Tuesday, January 27, 2009
Matthew from Iowa
Keyboard is comfortable to use. Only about two of the ten or so snazzy shortcut keys on the keyboard work with XP (despite being certified for XP), and you will have a VERY hard time getting the software to run the shortcut keys to install. It's an ok product, but not worth the money unless all of the features actually work.

5 of 5 Good Keyboard Tuesday, January 13, 2009

This is a good keyboard mouse combination. The battery life is good and they are both very comfortable and conform to your hands. The range could be better though.

5 of 5 Awesome Keyboard Saturday, December 20, 2008
Dara from Asheville, North Carolina
I bought this wireless keyboard for my husband. He's a web designer and obviously needs a mouse that reacts well. We were worried that wireless mice may not match up to the response time of a wired mouse. This one has amazing reaction time and precise movements. The keyboard is ergonomic and comfortable. It has tons of hot keys that you can set up to easily access any of your favorite functions. If you want a great keyboard/mouse set, this is by far the best one we've ever owned.

3 of 5 Intermittent connections and sticky keys Wednesday, December 17, 2008
A Customer from Durham, NC
I've had this keyboard mouse combo for about a month. It has been acting increasingly funny, and initially I thought it was just the position of the receiver (which I have moved all around). Now the keys act like they are stuck (nnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn's running across the page) or non functional alltogether. I called Cust Service and they made me reset the keyboard. It is better, but I am expecting I'll have to return it within another weekkkkkkkkkkkkkk.

5 of 5 Better form, better function Saturday, December 13, 2008
Jeff from Arlington, Texas
This keyboard is lighter, more compact, and easier to use than comparable Microsoft products. It is not split in the middle of the keyboard and fits more easily on a keyboard tray. The keys are very quiet and the compact design is very helpful because I have arthritis in both my fourth (pinkie) fingers. And, because it is without the annoying "F Lock" key, there is no need to check the functions before using. The mouse is comfortable and easy to use as well.

5 of 5 Just what he wanted... Saturday, November 29, 2008
Susan from Tidewater, VA
Convenience & clutter removal are the biggest benefits. It may use batteries faster than anticipated but not sure on that yet. Using rechargables reduces cost; last for weeks so far. Good value for the money, especially with the $25 rebate we got!

5 of 5 Great keyboard and mouse Thursday, October 23, 2008
A Customer from Mount Juliet, Tn
This is an excellent keyboard. The keys have a quality feel to them and the "wave" design has helped my wrists. Considering I spend over 8 hours a day using a computer this has been a huge help to me. The mouse isn't the best but it is fine. And the best part, they are both wireless. Great product, great price.

5 of 5 Most ergo without split keyboard Monday, October 13, 2008
A Customer from Tulsa, OK
Very happy with this keyboard & mouse combo for my office. They are more ergonomic than the standard keyboard & mouse. I did not want the full split keyboard because it did not feel as comfortable. This seems to be the best alternative to the full split keyboard. Very happy with it.

5 of 5 Great Keyboard & Mouse Monday, August 25, 2008
A Customer from Clifton Heights, PA
Exceptionally comfortable, and very easy to set up. There's quite a few keys that can be customized if you choose and several options for the mouse. Keys on the keyboard seem to be slightly angled for a natural fit, and the rest for the wrist really relieves any strain one might have from spending any extended time on the computer.

5 of 5 Good product Monday, July 21, 2008
M from Dallas, TX
the mouse is very responsive, as are the keystrokes on the keyboard. No problems with missing data, or skipping keystrokes, but I do have the receiver relatively close to the units. Software package offers a good amount of customization. Would recommend.

5 of 5 Comfortable wave keyboard Tuesday, April 29, 2008
A Customer from Grayslake, IL.
Like all Logitech products I've used in the past, the Cordless Wave keyboard was a breeze to plug in and use right out of the box. The wave design of this keyboard IS very comfortable. The extra palm rest area and the key reach due to the wave design make for more relaxed fingers, wrists and palms during long days at the keyboard. If you spend lots of time at the keyboard, this deserves your consideration. It did not take me long to get used to this one as the majority of the keys are in the same spot as conventional keyboards. Key travel and feel are top notch! For web browsing, document processing and email processing on a daily basis...this keyboard is great!

4 of 5 LOVE the keyboard, have minor complaints with the Tuesday, April 01, 2008
Danielle from Lancaster, CA
I was a tad worried that the keyboard would be too "wavy", making my chicken scratch typing difficult, but it is spectacular. The look and feel of the keyboard is wonderful, with the wrist grips being incredibly comfortable. However, I had expected the mouse to be fabulous and am a bit disappointed. It has a definite noticable lag (and I don't even do gaming), and the "back button" on the left hand side is too touchy. Even after adjusting the sensitivity of some of the buttons, I'm still finding it annoying. That being said, I would buy the combo again. No problems sensing the device no matter where I sit, and very easy to set up.

5 of 5 An ideal keyboard for non-gamers Monday, March 31, 2008
96pgt from Dallas, TX
It does not take long to get used to the layout (being ergonomic and "waved"). Maybe because I have used other ergonomic keyboards before. But, I am sure others who have never used them will not have any trouble getting used to it. They key feels right. Not too soft (like Microsoft Wireless Optical Desktop 300 that I also own). Not too hard. I bought this as replacement for the Microsoft one due to the connectivity problems. I also have another cordless mouse/keyboard combo from Logitech (EasyCall Desktop) and I love that one too.

5 of 5 Great keyboard and mouse! Friday, March 14, 2008
Ryan from Athens, GA
The only major complaint I've got with the Logitech Cordless Wave is that there is no on/off light for the caps lock key; your only options are to have a message display on the screen each and every time you turn caps on or off, or to set the keyboard to play an audible sound through your speakers to indicate the shift. What about a nice little light? The two options you're given here are somewhat tedious. Oh well. Otherwise I totally dig this thing; I'm writing this review with it!

3 of 5 Good but far from perfect Thursday, February 21, 2008
A Customer from Pittsburgh, PA
Maybe I'm too used to my laptop's keyboard. I actually type a lot slower on this Wave keyboard. But it is very comfortable. And I like the shortcut keys. The mouse is a little too big for my taste. Again probably because I'm used to my old mouse which is about 3/4 of the size of this one. But my main gripe with this keyboard and mouse is the RF receiver, 50% of the time when I plug the receiver into my laptop, both the laptop's keyboard and the wave keyboard would fail to work. Not sure why. And I would have to reboot my laptop to get everything to work again. Also when the wireless mouse has been plugged and unplugged from the laptop, the native touchpad's movement becomes unbearably slow. The software needs an upgrade to be able to restore the tracking speed when the RF receiver's unplugged from the laptop.

4 of 5 Solid product Monday, February 18, 2008
A Customer from derby, KS
Bought this to replace my sad old keyboard. My desktop computer connector was so worn out that the cable wouldn't stay connected anymore. This wireless keyboard and mouse work very well. The USB adapter plugs right in and things just start working right away. I didn't even load the drivers, and so am just using the standard functionality that the XP drivers supply. The mouse with batteries on board is a little heavy and slightly clunky. Its designed to be used either right or left, and so doesn't have specific ergonomics for a specific user. I've been using for over a month, and haven't had to replace the batts yet, so the set looks to be pretty easy on these. I'll replace with rechargeable when the supplied Duracells die.

5 of 5 Comfortable and responsive Saturday, February 16, 2008
Glenn from Pacifica, CA
Interesting but comfortable design. Takes some getting used to over a MS Natural keyboard but I like it alot. The small wireless USB connector/transceiver worked out of the box actually in parallel with my old keyboard & mouse so shifting was EZ. The mouse is nicely weighted and responsive; so good to not have wires to deal with anymore. The software utilities are very useful displaying on-screen status for the volume/mute & caps lock shortcut keys. Between the mouse and the keyboard, I've got so many more shortcut buttons and keys than I've even used so far!

5 of 5 Logitech WAVE Wireless Keyboard Wednesday, February 13, 2008
J. Kielbasa from Reno, NV
This keyboard is exactly what I looked for and Logitech did not disappoint. They are the name to look for whenever you are researching wireless products and the Wave keyboard has been nothing short of excellent for me. Its shape makes it easy to use and doesn't strain any manual muscles. One of my favorite functions of the Wave is the ability to not customize "Hotkeys" but also the Media Player interface. I have a rather sizable music library in addition to a PC gamer, and I am able to play the next track in the playlist or pause the music selection without ever having to change application windows. The Logitech keyboard is EASILY worth the price tag and will just as simply amaze you with how you ever used a keyboard without the Logitech name on it.

5 of 5 Logitech Wave Sunday, January 27, 2008
K. Breaux from Houma, LA
I researched some keyboards prior to purchase, but this one appeared to have the features I needed. I have carpal tunnel synd. & a cervical spinal injury which left me with nerve damage down my arm. So with this kept in mind this is why I need a natural fit. I believe my research paid off. The wave keyboard is truly a natural fit. My fingers reach the keys without my need to look down at all. They also stay in a neutral position at rest which causes much less strain. The mouse sits a little bit higher under the palm which allows more rest and the wheel allows you to scroll right/left by leaning it in your desired direction. They both respond quickly and are quiet. Very easy setup, drivers included on a CD. ONLY MINUS I've found is the zoom button must really be for the newest OS. I have Win XP sp2 and it doesn't work like the ad shows. The keyboard would also be great for Media OS. I wish I would have known a discount price was right around the corner, like the $69.99 price now! I paid the regular price and do recommend it.

5 of 5 Overall great keyboard and mouse!!! Thursday, December 27, 2007
A Customer from Irvine, CA
The good: I LOVE this USB adapter thing that it has. Where you can unplug it from it's usual home, plug it into a laptop or another computer and still be able to use your keyboard and mouse. SOOO much easier than unplugging the receiver with cord. The software has worked great. I like that you can even use shortcut keys to create a click. Granted, this isn't their problem, but I don't like that I can't use it with my Win2K. Some of us are still on that y'know. The value was great. After the rebate, I do believe I got it for $40. I bought 3 of them. I wouldn't have otherwise bought so many. At around $80, I don't think it's a value, per se, but it's still cheaper than others out there. I am an admin so you know I type all day. The "wave" part of it, has been nice. Its not overdone, so it's easier to type when I'm at my desk and doing multiple things at once. Sometimes with the other ergo keyboards, it's hard to type one handed, or while doing other things. The bad: I dislike the right side button on the mouse. I am constantly hitting it to the point where I had to completely disable it. Which makes is useless. And I like having the two extra buttons. No other bads, hence the great review and 5 stars. I gave "ease of use" 4 stars due to the button issue.

4 of 5 Good, but not great Monday, December 24, 2007
PB from Alamo, Ca
I've owned many so-called "ergonomic" keyboards. This one is nice as the keys are splayed at a comfortable angle rather than an aggressive angle. Key feel is nice - the 'wave' is more gimmick than anything when it comes to the keys - it may help, but only marginally. Palm rest material isn't particularly soft - your hands don't notice that it is any softer than hard plastic as the "giviness" (is there such a word?) isn't very "giving". I would have liked a much softer material (like the space age foam they use on those foam beds). The software would not load - hung up repeatedly even when using the latest update from Logitech, so only have limited functions. It replaces a Logitech unit, so probably having issues, but I haven't bothered to delete the old software - I had expected that even the most lame software would have detected conflicts. The mouse is lame. I didn't even bother. Microsoft (hiss, boo) actually makes the most comfortable "ergonomic" mouse I've ever tried (and I have at least half a dozen "ergonomic" mice sitting in my office - I switch them on a regular basis to avoid carpal tunnel) - the MS mouse is nicely angled to the side to place one's wrist in a more natural position. Overall, a good replacement keyboard, but nothing you have to rush out and buy - it is modestly more comfortable and if you have a standard keyboard, it's worth trying - at the worst one can simply return it. Oh, and I threw out the packaging before cutting out my UPS tag, so I can't get the friggin rebate - I guess I'm one of the many who screw up the rebate process and never get the refund.

4 of 5 Good value, easy setup, good feel Friday, December 21, 2007
Asterisk from Pagosa Springs, Colorado
At $50 with rebate, this wireless keyboard & mouse is a good value. The keyboard is quite pleasant for touch-typing. Its "wave" shape is not too radical, so can be used readily without a learning period. The key feel is positive and not sticky. It doesn't make unpleasant keyboard sounds. Programming the special keys is easy. I haven't had it long enough to say anything about battery life. I will probably switch in NiMH cells when the supplied alkalines die. The mouse works well, and has lots of buttons. If there are too many for your taste, they can be disabled. There are lots of scrolling options -- you will probably find one you like. The only problem I have had is with the dedicated video keys. They are supposed to work with Window Media Center, for example, but all I've been able to do with them is start and stop the video or change sound volume or mute the sound.

5 of 5 Great product Monday, December 10, 2007
A Customer from Sierra Vista, AZ
My desk setup forced me to go wireless on my keyboard/mouse. I haven't had any problems with the Logitech Cordless product. The only drawback so far is that the mouse has buttons on each side with the left side button program as the back button for web browsing. My fat thumb keeps hitting it which gets annoying.

5 of 5 Great Writing Instrument Monday, December 10, 2007
A Customer from Richmond Hill, New York
This was a fantastic keyboard, that i enjoy using all the time. I have low muscle tone in my hand, and with this, i am able to write very smoothly. The included wrist support and the incline of the keyboard is very comfortable. All in all i was very glad in purchasing this product.

4 of 5 Love It Monday, December 10, 2007
A Customer from Delaware
I purchased this wireless desktop wave keyboard and mouse for my notebook. It works great. The wave form of the key board takes a little getting use to but is comfortable. The mouse is a bit bulky. I'll probably switch back to my Logitech VX revolution mouse which has more features and is more comfortable. Also, the mini receiver is a bit wide, so other usb plugs may not fit in the usb port directly next to the mini receive plug in an adjacent usb port. I got this set for $50 after a $20 rebate. I think that's a great buy with minimal sacrifice.

5 of 5 For the Fast & Furious Typist Friday, December 07, 2007
A Customer from White Lake, MI
I'm a transcriptionist. I've used all types of keyboards, nothing is quite like this. First, the convenice of no cords is great. Who couldn't use LESS cords all over the place. The built in hand rest is a nice touch too. I've only had this less than a week, so keep that in mind. That being said, the keys are laid out so comfortably, it is hard for a proficient typist not to have the fingers on the right keys. If my fingers landed on the wrong spot, I can immediately tell.

The Desktop Wave is an incredible item. Best of all is the Buy.com company. Their service is outstanding and always delivered earlier than promised. They don't charge for shipping and their prices are the best on the Web. Buy from Buy.com and you will love them. I buy most everything from them.

4 of 5 A nice keyboard and mouse Friday, November 30, 2007
Sassa from Eatontown, NJ
This ergonomic keyboard took some getting used to but now (after about a week), I am very comfortable with it. I imagine it is my finger pressure rather than a flaw in the keyboard but I find certain letters (notably in the bottom row of keys) often do not engage even though I think I am exerting the same amount of pressure on them. I also find the stretch to the "back" key is awkward and hard to reach. The rubberized hand rest is very comfortable and the unit is quite attractive. I have yet to determine all the "f" stops and, to be perfectly frank, most of the easy-access keys are wasted on me as I am mostly a user of the computer for simple research and e-mail capabilities. The mouse is very comfortable to hold and it is very responsive with little effort on my part. I feel this is a good value here at Buy.com since it is several dollars less expensive here than on other websites. In fact, the price has been reduced $4 even since I purchased it about a week ago! It is an excellent value money-wise and also in the efficiency of the product. If you are looking for a keyboard/mouse combination, I don't think you will do much better than this unit.

5 of 5 Comfortable and Practical Friday, November 30, 2007
A Customer from Valparaiso, IN
I have added this to my setup which included quad monitors (Laptop + three externals) and am very satisfied. Very comfortable and practical, as it has no wires to the devices to clutter up my desk. I tuck the reciever under my monitors and it remains out of sight. The delete/Home/end/page up & down key cluster is different than most standard keyboards, and it takes a little getting used to when switching workstations. Overall, I would highly recommend, if you are willing to drop the $75 for a wireless desktop solution.

4 of 5 Great keyboard, average mouse Friday, November 30, 2007
A Customer from KS
I had previously been using a cheap Belkin ergo(split) keyboard that I hated. Not for it being split, but the key feel was terrible, it was a chore to type on. The Logitech Wave KB is a pleasure to use. The great key feel, wrist rest & array of media keys makes this a terrific KB for my use. I really like the wave & layout of the keys, but I unable to determine if it is a dramatic improvement over a regular KB. Another reason I bought this KB was for the media keys. They are all user programmable with the included software. The only things I have a slight problem with is the change up of the home, delete & end keys. It takes a bit of getting used to, but it's doable. Also, the layout of the F keys is 4 groups of 3, instead of 3 groups of 4. Therefore, the F5 key (reload) is the 2nd key in the 2nd group of F keys instead of the 1st key in the 2nd group. Minor annoyance, but I just wanted to point it out as I see no reason for this change. Now on to the mouse. It is a definite improvement over my corded optical 3-button mouse I was using, but there are better mice out there. I wish the scroll wheel was free scrolling, ala the MX/VX Revolution. I also don't like having the back & forward buttons on either side instead of both on the same side, but this is the price we pay to make the mouse ambidextrous. In retrospect, I probably would've purchased the KB on its own & gotten a better mouse, but if you're used to an optical or corded mouse, it will be a welcome upgrade.

5 of 5 Great keyboard; decent mouse Friday, November 30, 2007
A Customer from Pembroke Pines, Florida
I wanted a new keyboard because, after several years, the touch on my Dell keyboard was getting erratic and stiff. By comparison, the Logitech Wave keyboard is heaven. The touch is firm but extremely predictable, smooth and with good tactile feedback. Features are very comprehensive for my needs (Win XP, business, moderate media user, not a gamer). There are many customization options, most of which I have not used yet. The ergonomic qualities of a keyboard are not something that I tend to concentrate on, but this arrangement (curved rows, "wave" key heights) does seem to be more comfortable than the arrangement of my previous keyboard. I'm having a bit of trouble getting used to the locations of the Home, Insert, Delete, End, Page Up and Page Down keys, but this is less a problem with this particular arrangement than frustration with the fact that manufacturers have not standardized on a common layout--every time I use a new keyboard I have to learn a new layout. The mouse is ambidextrous, which is great for me because I'm left-handed. I cannot use easily mice that are ergonomically designed for right-hand use. Unfortunately, the mouse sometimes causes the screen to change suddenly to another page or to act as if I had clicked on a button when, in fact, I have not. It seems to correlate somewhat with picking up the mouse slightly to reposition it without moving the pointer. Probably it is something that I am doing inadvertently, but I haven't run that down yet. Battery life seems very good so far. If manufacturers are not going to offer a good selection of left-handed mice, this is one that I can live with pretty well. The wireless receiver comes with ample cable to allow me to position it on my desk near the keyboard and mouse, and it is tiny, so it takes up almost no desktop space.

5 of 5 Wonderful !! Friday, November 30, 2007
Donna from Bethel Park, PA
I use an Intel-based MacIntosh and have previously tried 3 other keyboard/mouse sets - none of which worked very well on BOTH the Mac and PC side (dual boot) of the system. This set not only installed itself perfectly and easily on both "sides" but it also is very comfortable. Logitech did a great job designing this set and writing the software for it. I don't say that lightly, because one of my previous sets was also a Logitech and it didn't!

5 of 5 Great Keyboard, OK Mouse Thursday, November 29, 2007
Lee from Columbia SC
Keyboard is excellent, ergonomics excellent, size of keys just right. Cordless usb sending unit flawless. I purchased the combo just for the keyboard and the mouse was a throw away. I own about 8 other Logitech cordless mice and like them better as I am used to the fit. Have had a little problem requiring the old ps2 corded keyboard to be plugged in to prevent boot error due to "no keyboard found". Assume therre is an easy fix, but have been too busy to investigate. Previously I have been able to resolve this by plugging the USB sending unit into a PS2 adapter and plugging that into the Keyboard PS2 socket on the motherboard, but that did not work this time.

5 of 5 Best Keyboard ever!! Thursday, November 29, 2007
A Customer from Ridgewood, NJ
This is the best keyboard I have ever used. Hardware is great and the software is terrific. Unfortunately, the bundled mouse is only OK. If bundled with MX Revolution mouse instead this combination would be unbeatable in my opinion (at least for right handers).
