This was a waste of my money. I can only get it to change the volume on my computer, most of the time they dont not work at all. I had to go out and buy a pair of cheap headphones just to listen on my pc. I do have Vista and i dont know if that is part of the problem or not, but these headphones suck. The only good part is that the Controls are easy to use. If only the headphones would work it might be worth something.

I like these headphones because they are USB and do not have to have two leads to plug in and they sound great.

I teach classes online, I have found this headset to be effective and clear. This unit projects a very clear and crisp sound. I can not compare the quality of the speakers to my Bose, however the speaker has a nice sound. Of the three headsets I use, this unit is the best in sound quality. On the down side, the mike is very sensitive. I solved this problem by turning off the TV. If you are looking for a nice headset, the price is good, the quality is good and the outcome is good. This is a great buy

I have used a number of headsets. I am very pleased with this new product. I have also used the wireless model. Both are excellent. They are very lightweight and comfortable. I use voice recognition in my office and the wireless model is just perfect. I can dictate and walk around my office with great accuracy. The sound is excellent. I think they have finally perfected the technology.

Good working unit for audio in and out. I use mine exclusively for Ham Radio... Echolink and CQ-100 and have had good results. VOIP works great. The convenience of USB makes it portable with all my desktops and laptops and my one 9.5" mini PC. I get good comments on my audio and I found the "ears" work real well. No complaints and a good price!

Worked great for VOIP for telecommuting and also for Skype and games. Crystal clear and easy to use. Just plug it in and you're ready to use it. You may need to select it in the program you want to use it with.

These headphones provide a decent (above average) and clear sound quality, and an average sound quality on the microphone. They fit comfortably with not too much pressure on the ears. Mine came with a small production flaw that passed by Quality Assurance. The cord had abrasions of the outer jacket in three separate places showing the internal insulation material. After emailing back and forth with Logitech Customer Service they sent a new set at no charge to me. One drawback in the overall design of the unit is the USB connector. If you use the front USB port on your computer the (bulky) plug is sticking out there very prone to damage.

I got a great deal on this with a sale price as well as a rebate, so figured it was worth a try. I'm not used to using a headset, so it feels a little bit awkward, but when I Skyped my dad he said I was coming through loud and clear. I use it with a white MacBook and set up and adjustments are practically intuitive.

I have found the microphone to be of good quality (that was the feature I was looking for). The headphones could be better but then again for the cost a very good buy.

I had its earlier version and now they have shifted the mic to left,thats the only thing I dont like(I dont think this will bother any of new users).

Requires tweaking of Control Panel sound settings in XP to if other external sound devices are connected. Purchased for use with Skype, and it works very well for this purpose. Sound quality and volume excellent in noisey environment. Also works well for recording voice over video applications. The size limits use when traveling with laptop - would suggest a more compact brand/model in that case.

I have just got the headset so cant say much bout the performance but based on my use i can say its a good choice, the features are good, i liked the mute feature, the way its designed is comfortable for use for long calls.But the cost should be reduced a bit, it would be more appealing to users.

I used for learning new language and needed the mic. Computer recognized the device quickly. No drivers needed. Sound cancellation and other technology okay, not great. You get what you paid for. Need to send in $10 MIR. Good deal for about $21.

After receiving the Logitech ClearChat Pro headset with free shipping (received in 2 days!), installation and use could not have been easier. Windows Vista Ultimate automatically recognized and installed the device and the headset worked immediately without configuration in Skype. Music sounds great for a headset in this price range, also the volume and equalizer controls built into the headset are intutive and simple to use. Headset fits comfortably and after several days of use, there are no issues to report. Buy.com makes this headset hard to beat at this price and with their excellent service.

I recently purchased this for using it with Skype. It works fine and the price was right with a $10.00 rebate. It is easy to use just plug it in a usb port and your ready to go.

Good quality for good price. I am satisfied with the product. I especially like the USB feature and the volume control option located on the headphone itself instead of a unit hanging on the connecting write.

I absolutely love these headphones! Everything is crisp and clear, especially when I am communicating with another Logitech user. It sounds like they are right next to me. All of the features of this item are easy to use and in great locations. I use it mainly for webinars. You simply cannot beat the price.

I started using my headset as soon as I received it. I am 72 years old. I love keeping in touch with family and friends on the computer. My brother and I were instant messenageing.But he doesn't like to type, He kept insisting I get a headset, So I bought this one, and it was shipped in 3 days. It is just like setting in the same room with my brother. (He lives in N.C.) I also got a $10.00 discount. I fell I got a very good deal. Only thing better would be a wireless. But, they are more then I can afford. I have had no problems so far. But! I do not play games. It does what I want it too very well. My brother is going to get him one. I have bragged on mine soo much.......

Works just fine on a Mac. The USB software is easy to set up and most games I use it with (including World of Warcraft) recognize it with no extra setup. I had a previous Logitech headset that ended up falling apart from being used too much, and I upgraded to this one. I appreciate that the mute button is not on the cord anymore, where I would always inadvertently hit it. These seem to be better built. The only slight complaint is that they don't 'breathe' as well as my previous ones, over a long period of time, the headset gets a bit warm on the ears. Other than that, the quality is great.

This product works great the first time but after you shut the computer down and try using it again with Vista as your OS you will see problems. The sound will mute or not work at all. After fixing the issue in sounds under the control panel I still have to unmute the headphone sounds with every new call in Skype. Also after reading other complaints about this product the same problems will happen with video games. I think the problem is more with Vista than Logitech but if they do not work togather it is both of thier problem.

Paid $23 after $10 rebate. This has to be one of the best wired headphone in the market. Very easy to setup via USB connection, used for SKYPE, very clear both ways. If you are looking for a budget headphone, don't miss out on this one. Very comfortable to wear this headphone!

Good value after rebate. Much more comfortable than other headphones I've tried. I only use it for voice conversations (for which it works well), so I can't comment on its music performance. I especially like the the controls embedded onto the headphones (e.g. volume, mute, etc.).

I loved it! I am using it with skype, sounds clear and when I skype to China , my friend in China says I sound better than landline and cell phone. Glad I got this at this LOW price! I don't think Logitech has issues with rebate, so this is highly recommended product, and place to buy from. BUY.com, you are just AWESOME!

I use Ventrillo in conjunction with Battlefield 2142 (VOiP). Unfortunately, the mic portion of the driver seems to disable whenever I have the two programs running at the same time. Cool idea on the USB but this doesn't fully work for me

This headset is nice and with USB connection however it is over priced for quality and lacks good mike and audio. I used the speaker system and desk mike before. After using this headset many friends reported the mike quality was poor in comparision to the desk mike. I found the ear phones to be "cheap like" and not having good volume adjustment and sound. Except for the USB feature a cheap mike and headset from WalMart would have been just as good.

Bought this pair to replace a defunct Logitech headset that I had for years. As far as I am concerned, Logitech is the way to go. Great sound, very comfortable, superb microphone, easy to use control (better than my old set) and easy to use. Great bang for the buck! You just can't go wrong this headset. I use it for gaming, Skyping, and when I listen to music. A super job for all three applications. Buy.com has come through again!!

This headset is comfortable to wear and works great with Dragon Natural Speaking v9.5 Speech Recognition Software. If you don't mind a corded headset then I highly recommend this one.
