The notebook adapter is easily installed and required no fiddling with settings. However it did require 2 subsequent telephone calls to CISCO support. My router settings had to be changed b/c of other devices on my wireless home netowrk.

This card quit working after only 3 weeks of use. I contacted Linksys and went thru the test procedure and they agreed with me it is defective.
