The plastic shell in which the chip is encased is very fragile; much more fragile than many less expensive models you can buy. Within just a few weeks of use, it has broken in my pocket. A high end thumb drive like this should not be so fragile.
On the other hand, the drive is very fast, and the on-board software is steady and reliable. Was this review helpful?

I bought this flash drive because of the display and a rebate, just expecting to add a novelty to my "collection" of USB flash drives. It turns out to be as fast as my fastest 4GB drive, and the display is very useful when I have to grab a drive to copy some data on to. The cap stays firmly on the drive, and I don't see it accidently falling off. It could use an integrated cap that doesn't separate, but for this price, I'm extremely happy with it. Nice and fast flash drive. I just plugged it in my WinXP box, and the computer recognized and configurated it immediately. It also has a built-in software called "PowerToGo" for managing files and applications on this drive (similar to the 'start' menu of the popular Windows start menu).
