    I bought this docking station as part of an effort to consolidate all my office stuff with my home stuff. I wanted to have all of my e-mails etc in one place instead of always copying over to different mediums. This docking station lets me use my IBM Lenovo Z60T as a desk top. I have an LCD 17" monitor, a wireless keyboard and mouse, my 10/100 network, all my USB devices, and even my printer is plugged into the parallel port. One of the factors for getting this docking station and Z60T was that I needed a Parallel port useable for my old DOS database. This all works great so far.
