Kingston would have a stellar product if this were made of steel instead of plastic. I never throw my keys around since I have a BMW keyfob and those are expensive to replace, so I handle my keychain with care. After 8mos of ownership, this thing just stopped working. It would not read or write. I couldn't detect any stress fractures on the plastic itself so my guess is that there must be an internal fracture on the ic itself where it connects to the USB "teeth" connectors. Also, the connectors are clean w/o oxidation so that isn't the culprit either. **DON'T BUY THIS DRIVE!!** Kingston won't have a reason to improve on this design if people keep buying. I want to be a repeat customer and love the size of this thing but I don't want to have to buy a new drive every 8 mos.

You only need to look at the picture to see that the keychain part of the plastic is tiny and thin and will break easily. Happened to me after only 3 weeks of use. They should have made it alot more sturdy.

Absolutely tiny and easy to use. The connection isnt always great, but it could be my USB slot. Has place for keychain.

This is an awesome drive for the size. It is absolutely tiny and you get 4 gigs. My wife is a teacher and she has all her assignments and forms on a usb key, where she loses the cap constantly. She asked for a smaller one with no cap and this one was the winner. she can put it on her key chain and not even worry. The drive does have some drawbacks. It is slower than other fancy drives. Also, because it's just one piece of plastic, you can insert it into the usb slot backwards. They should have thought of this and made the connectors on BOTH sides, but they didn't so you have to be careful. Also, the LED light that shows the drive in operation is set on one side, so sometimes, if the front is facing you, you can't even see it. The small annoyances are far outweighed by the size and simplicity. It's sooo small, you have to work on not losing it. I got the blue one, just so I can find it easier. Great little flash drive.

It works great but it can be a little confusing about what side is up, but if you put it in the wrong way you just flip it over.

It's nice to see small and capacious flash drives get down to this price. It's a good deal. Performance seems perfectly adequate and the size is very convenient.

Slim and blue were the reasons why i bought this. It works just fine and my only concern now is that it is so small that it might break.

For 4GB of storage, I can't believe how small it is. Its about the size of a regular key, so it fits nicely on my key chain and I can take it to class with me. I haven't transferred any large files yet, only presentations, word docs etc, so I don't know how fast it is (probably not the fastest). But its so handy and easy to carry around, its an awesome deal.
