5 of 5 The perfect mouse Thursday, December 18, 2008 Rick from Spring Grove, PA
I'm pretty fussy about details and, in particular, comfort when I use a computer for many hours on end. This is not just an optical mouse, it is a laser mouse. That means you have better control than any other type of mouse. I do pixel by pixel photo restorations and it is the ONLY mouse that works well for this. I also play games which means you want to go from one side of the screen to the other very quickly - it works great for that too!
Best of all, it is actually the size of a mouse - well, maybe a fat mouse. It uses a single AA battery which lasts (for me) about three months but then I'm a heavy computer user. I use only Duracell alkaline batteries. The USB transceiver fits right into the mouse for portability. It's great!
I've seen some reviews complaining about it being too small. That's because they're used to trying to grip a large mouse with their whole hand. They need to learn how to use this little guy - you just lay two fingers on it and it glides over most surfaces very nicely.
One tip; regular mouse pads are grainy to help turn the trackball. This is a far better quality mouse. Using a standard mouse pad will detract from it's excellent precision control. Use a smooth surface. Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 Good buy and convenient Thursday, November 29, 2007 Shawn from California
I like this little mouse as Tom would say...
It is very easy to use...plug in and go.
Perfect for being on the road or remote from home.
Not the most comfortable for long-term use due to smaller size. My hand will ache after awhile due to being compacted.
Battery life seems great. Was this review helpful?

The mouse works great, but it is too small.
Handling the mouse over a certain period of
time will make you wish for a bigger one.
Other than that, the mouse performance is
great.
Consider this mouse if you have small hands.
Otherwise, look for another one. Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 Great little portable mouse Wednesday, November 28, 2007 Jeff Olsen from Madison, WI
I purchased this mouse to put in my briefcase for use when I am at school, on the road, etc. The USB connector stores inside the mouse when it is not being used for easy storage. It has a good style and although very small, is comfortable to use. It uses 1 single AA battery which I have already replaced once so my only complaint is that it may eat through batteries somewhat quickly but probably par for the course for such devices.

2 of 5 Too Small and Unstable Wednesday, November 28, 2007 wine.thesol.com from Houston, TX
The front end kept edging up, literally off of the table, when I used the mouse. Very annoying and for me unusable.
I did like how the USB connector was tucked inside the mouse. Also, setting up the mouse and using it was a breeze. Was this review helpful?
4 of 5 Works as advertised. Tuesday, September 25, 2007 A Customer from Melbourne, FL
Great addition to my laptop. Does not work well on some surfaces. I like the doggle storage feature for transporting. Good buy overall. Was this review helpful?
4 of 5 Wireless Laser Mouse Works OK... Monday, May 28, 2007 Melissa from Blue Ridge, VA
however, it is not working the way I had hoped on the arm of my couch. My old mouse, which was NOT a laser mouse, worked better than this one. I have to use a mouse pad to make accurate movements, even after manipulating the settings over & over. I am getting use to this difference now, so, I guess it's not a REAL problem.
