The JUGS Lite-FLite(r) pitching machine throws Lite-Flite(r) and poly baseballs and softballs with a full-range of movement that includes adjusting to throw fastballs, curves and sliders. The swivel-design base casting provides 360-degree vesatility for fly balls, ground balls and pop-ups. This product uses only the Lite Flite baseballs/softballs or Bulldog polyballs by JUGS, the use of other baseballs may result in damage to machine.

I bought it to help my 10u Softball girls with hand eye. Heck I even use it with my 13u boys baseball team. This thing really works well with all the quality you would expect from Jugs. Curveballs are wicked!
