The Intel Desktop Board DG31PR is built to support a range of processors including the Intel® Core™2 Quad processor (95W TDP) and the Intel® Core™2 Duo processor. This board can support up to 4GB of dual channel DDR2 800/667 MHz SDRAM. It also offers Intel® High Definition Audio with support for 5.1 surround sound, integrated 10/100/1000 Network connection and ample USB connectors for all your computer paraphernalia.

AMAZING value.definite 5 stars.back when i got it it was for $71(with google checkout) and 1)it supports SATA 2, 2)has really good audio quality for an onboard card, 3)supports powerful processors right out the box(mine is E6850)even though on intel's website it said that the revision# of my motherboard is compatible with this cpu only AFTER a bios update(weird). 4)supports 16x video cards. 5)supports the fan/heatsink freezer 7 pro flawlessly if you install it in the right direction.no this is not some cheap mobo that turns off randomly after you install your OS on it.i was skeptic of the price at first but i'm glad i took the risk.amazing bang for your buck.very stable.highly reccommended :) thanks for the good deal buy.com
