This bluetooth reciever works quite well - only after you go into XP's device manager and manually select the correct driver. IOGear's intstructions mention nothing about this and the reciever does not work at all without doing this. Once i called Tech Support, and followed their instructions everything worked fine. if you buy this, go ahead and follow the installation instructions, and then call iogear tech support before trying to use it to save yourself some time. The installation is long and required you to follow the directions word for word and click for click. I did it and the USB adapter works well. I've only used it with the IOGear headset and they work together vey well. There's a slight bug when re-connecting to the headset, sometime i have to do it twice, but its only a minor inconvenience.
