I have used other products from Ergotron, so picked them for their quality of products and installation instructions (very detailed).
Product comes with plenty of hardware to mount with all different kinds of wall/TV combination. Each hardware piece was labeled in its out packaging. Installation was a breeze.

It was delivered in great time. This was very easy to install. We had a small problem with the washers fitting the larger screws. I contacted the manufacturer and they send out better fitting ones. Everything was great and We love it. The price is right, too. I looked in several places, this was by far the best price.Shipping, Customer service, quality...all of it was wonderful! A very well designed mount, from the quality of the materials, including a comprehensive array of well marked and packaged hardware, to the clarity of the mounting instructions. Especially liked how it is engineered to use the weight of the flat screen to counter-balance the tilting feature (no knobs to tighten) brilliant! This product is great. I have a 42" Panasonic plasma and I've actually purchased two of these wall mounts for two different houses. It's fairly easy to install although the instructions could be more specific on where the mount should be in relation to line of sight for the TV. This product doesn't swivel left to right, just tilts up and down but I am very satisfied overall. Was this review helpful?

Locate the studs, drill four holes, hange the mount, attach brackets to back of tv with four screws, hang the tv. Very simple. The tilt feature is very easy also. No tightening which position you require as with other mounts. Was this review helpful?

This entire buying experience was great. Ordering was simple and delivery was just as promised. The mount is one of the best I found. After an exhustive online search, I decided on this one becasue it was nice looking, easy to install and allowed me to easily take my 42" TV off the wall, if needed. The value was great,too. I used the unit to attach my Tv to a Tech Sudio DP2 Tv Stand.

This wall mount is constructed of a heavy aluminum wall bracket and steel television mounted arms. The tilt mechanism is a very cleverly designed friction based bracket. The television can be placed in any tilt position with a very smooth action. There are no knobs or screws that need to be loosened or tightened to readjust the tilt.
I have two of these mounts being used for 42" and 50" plasma TVs and they both work very well. ...highly recommended. Was this review helpful?
