5 of 5 Best AA ever - If you need it Saturday, December 06, 2008 Chris from Valley Forge PA
I tend to use a lot of AA batteries in everything from professional photo flashes to lots of home devices. If you have devices that long life and reliability is really key, these are well worth the extra money. One of my best uses was in my Gas fireplace for the remote that opens and closes the gas valve. I can not get to the battery box myself so reliability and life was key. I put in a set of 4 of these 2 years ago and they are still going strong. One of the most valuable things about LithiumIon batteries, seldom mentioned, is that they have a very long shelf life and tend not to de-charge spontaneously. I can attest to that with these and in those special applications, I will always use these from now on. Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 They seem ok! Monday, June 30, 2008 Guy from Los Gatos, CA
I can't believe I'm writing a review for AA batteries! ;-)
I put them in my two electronic door locks (keyless entry for my house) as these batteries are touted to have extra long life. I guess we'll see how long they last! In that application, I found that regular coppertop Duracells appear to last about a year in both locks, one of which gets alot more use than the other.
Hope that helps!

5 of 5 They do outlast all I've tried! Sunday, June 22, 2008 fjellias from Novi, MI
This time of year I shoot al lot of photos using flash both full and fill. All the parties with family and friends, I bring my DSLR with an external flash unit. The last 2 months I have shot over 600 photos, 3/4 of them with flash. I am still using my first pack of 4 batteries in my flash. I have used lithium batteries since they came out and Energizer e2s are the best. Unlike other batteries that slow down the recovery time, Lithium stays level until they just stop working. Always carry a spare pack, unless they are fresh. Stay away from store brands, no matter what they tell you! Was this review helpful?

5 of 5 Worth every penny and then some! Monday, January 08, 2007 JR from Camp Verde, AZ.
Maybe they cost a little more than Alkaline batteries but
if you're on vacation and want 7x the pictures before changing your camera battery then this is the battery.
Also has a shelf life to year 2021. These make a fine backup set of batteries because they're always ready.
Buy.com has the very best price too!! Was this review helpful?
