It's extremely tough just to slide open the cap. After you manage to open the cap, there's no way you can slide it back. The cap just stuck at opening.
Couple of times the cap just "detach" from the body. Hey Dane-Elec, there's still a cap, and don't call it capless. You can call it "sliding cap" which better fit your product.
Bad design, bad product. But the drive itself it pretty fast. Copied 1GB and speed it acceptable. Was this review helpful?

The drive is great, the design is cute, but the cap got lost within a week.
In order to use the drive, you slide the "cap" which has an opening at the end, back toward the body of the drive to expose the USB connector. After use, to protect the connector, you slide the cap back down to cover the metal connector. But if you tug just a little too hard (I am not a physically strong person, nor was I trying to break my new drive) it comes completely off.
Even when it is properly closed, the tip has a rectangular opening and the USB connector is "exposed" to some degree. Was this review helpful?
